Strengths:


   * Strong against all five elements
   * physically strong
   * Physically defensive
   * Mentally strong
   * can fly
   * Overflowing amount of immense chakra pool


Weaknesses:


   * very slow
   * very easily annoyed with people
   * attends to lose attention of enemy if cause to get bored with them, or are too small
   * hates to be put in a genjutsu
   * Chakra leaks slowly away


None of that is balanced.

I think he is referring to the Leviathan but that means its a sea serpent which is a sea snake in sense.

Also, Balli, um, I don't see any Genjutsu on your list, so why would you have Genjutsu as you second strongest style. Also, I don't think you can have, "physically strong, Physically defensive" without Taijutsu being one of your Fighitng Styles. I mean, I dunno if I'm right or not but, "Physical" and Taijutsu basically go together like Arroz con poyo.(Chicken and Rice)
