Urgent Kinjutsu Training (Open to Sazaku and Eric)

~~Kinjutsu Training - Raikiri~~

Darkness spread from within the area where Rin had mad the decision to train at, a secluded and oft unknown portion of Konoha, composed of thick woodlands where her mist continued to spread. Rin stood within the epicenter of the forest terrain, spreading more mist outwards from her position while leaving a gaping hole within the center for the purpose of her training. She quickly retrieved the scroll concerning Raikiri and studied it carefully for more than a few moments, until she devised a training regimen. Settling the scroll upon the wooden pole acting much like a table she stood forwards, recanting the training method to herself. It would be composed of five 'phases'; Taijutsu, Chakra, Spacial Manipulation, Elemental Manipulation, and Mastery. finally, she stepped forwards with the first phase of her training.

Phase One - Taijutsu

Rin quickly raised her hands, forming a series of hand seals at blurring speed and calling forth three Mizu Bunshin for the purpose of training. She quickly ran forwards at the first one, sending her leg outwards towards it viciously, however the roundhouse kick was dodge, while sending a jab inwards towards the chest of Rin, who took the full effect of the blow and was somewhat hurled backwards. She prepared herself then broke onto another dash, sending out her right hand at the Mizu Bunshin, who side-stepped it, who then grasped her arm and sent her flying to the ground. She unsteadily pulled himself to her feet once more, then rushed forwards towards the Mizu bunshin who threw her.

"Not this time!" Rin shouted as she rushed forwards. the Mizu Bunshin posed itself as she came onwards,sending her right arm outwards into a punch, however the punch was a feint, while she pressed her body around and beside the Mizu Bunshin, landing a solid kick into the id of the Mizu Bunshin, thereby dispelling the Bunshin. She managed a wicked smirk as the remaining two began to surround her. An attack came in low from the left side, resulting in Rin leaping over the sweeping leg and lunging through the air in an attempt to reach the unguarded back of the Mizu Bunshin. She hit the ground hard, however managed to spin upwards and to her feet. The maneuver had nearly worked, however her rough landing didn't quite work for her and so by the time she was up, the bunshin had turned around on her.

She raised her arms, blocking the punch sent towards her head before snaking backwards, avoiding a high kick then jumping to avoid the incoming follow-up trip that was sent by the Mizu Bunshin while the other rejoined the battle and continued assaulting Rin, pushing her back. It was that last high kick that gave her an opportunity, grasping it and moving inwards at an amazing speed with a kick through the head of the Mizu Bunshin,m causing it to crumble into water, her right hand rising into a crescent and sending some of that water into the last Mizu Bunshin's eye and causing it to press away from Rin, just long enough for her to catch her breath. She was already out of stamina and that was bad, however she couldn't give up so easily.

Rin quickly reached down and removed the intensive weights on her legs as she faced the remaining Mizu Bunshin, smirking as she faced the remaining Bunshin. Both moved at a blurring speed the speed of a Taijutsu Master as they clashed, sending vicious punches at each other and dodging them like clockwork, before leaving the weight on her arms onto the ground and pressing even more upon the Mizu Bunshin, nearly disappearing and circumventing the Bunshin behind it. Rin finally had the Bunshin now, sending a jab outwards from behind the Bunshin that nearly caught it, however the bunshin jumped forwards, twisting in mid-jump, before sending Rin backwards with a kick, even sending her backwards with her arms defending herself. Rin ran forwards for one last offensive, ducking a high kick then tripping the Mizu bunshin low and landing the last blow to where the heart would have been before raising upwards. Rin raised upwards, panting heavily.

"That should be enough for now..."

Phase One End

Rin walked towards the wooden stump poking out of the ground, and once reaching it, lifting the scroll into her hands and sitting down. She rested her body for several more moments before her breathing returned to it's normal patter and she glanced towards the next section, reading about Chakra Control. One having read about that section as well a the next, Spacial Manipulation, Rin felt ready to begin the next section of the training. she settled the scroll onto the stump and began walki0gn forwards to a small lake of water, smiling as she would repeat some of her Kuchiyose training here.

Phase Two - Chakra Control

Chakra evened out as a layer of ice across the pool, thickening gradually with every single second that passed, a large spike forming the nexus while small spikes jutted out here and there along the surface, focusing on this formation in order to attune herself to what she would have to do to enact the jutsu she was about to learn. Rin was doing a good job at maintaining her level of chakra control until finally a crack split across the ice, then another. She whispered to herself, trying to maintain control of the ice-flow of the formation above the small pool of water. The spikes surrounding the large one began to converge it, curling slowly as other spokes formed from the curling figure.

She used her chakra to even out the ice, attempting to form the figure of a ball within the main spike while maintaining the ice covering the water while continually feeding into the spikes of ice. It was a complex art, however it was no higher than Chuunin Grade, yet it continued to aid her in the mastering of this jutsu which let Rin to believe she needed to somewhat retrain herself. she maintained her focus until a single crack began to run across the ice, spreading outwards as she continued to form the ball and the spikes forming outwards.

Rin attempted to continue forming ice spikes along the outer form of the ball, now looking much like the Raikiri described on the scroll, spreading her chakra along the water at her fingertips nearly as perfectly as she could manage, however the ice managed to crack here and there. Somehow, the entire structure survived for longer than the training had required, extending on fifteen minutes of chakra control training with the addition of maintaining one's chakra control until finally, the ice spiked outwards in every which direction on both the surface and underneath it, protruding into a ball of spikes and then cracking, a single line running across it.

Rin put everything she had into the ball formed like Raikiri, however she had noticed the flaw. There was too much outside weight, and alls he could do was continue to reinforce the epicenter of the ball. he knew it was a losing battle, however that only meant that it would be perfect for her training and continued fueling chakra into the Raikiri's center, while at the same time thickening and shortening each outer spike so that it more resembled the Chidori, the lesser version of the Raikiri. that seemed to help for now, however she knew it couldn't last. At last, she finally managed to bring all spikes into the ball so it more resembled the Rasengan, the placed a single pinprick of chakra down the center, cracking the ice.

Phase Three - Spacial Manipulation

Rin raised her hand outwards, plopping a water balloon out onto it. She concentrated as she began to manipulate the water with her chakra, spiraling it around and causing the water to jut out of the balloon in odd shapes. She began to visualize it, the physical shape of Raikiri form the scroll and began to churn the water in the balloon into the shape as best as she could. Eventually the balloon popped, in her face, however she did not let that discourage her. She waned to prove herself to those who doubted her by doing at least this much on her own. She could do it, and she would do it, with as little help as possible. She knew it was an advanced technique however that wouldn't stop her.

Rin then focused her chakra without the Water Balloon, concentrating on sending her Chakra forth into her hand as she had with the Water Balloon previously, however this time there was no balloon to occupy space and so a gently glowing white chakra began forming into her hand, somewhat a tint of blue. It wasn't nearly to the phase of completion, however it was appearing somewhat like the Chidori. She continued focusing on the shape alone, shifting it to the form the desired it to take.

Her hand started to take the impact, however she continued, shaping the Chakra that radiated in her hand as best she could into the form she knew to be that of the Raikiri due to what was shown on the scroll. It was much harder than she believed, however she had no time to worry about it, placing all her focus with the shape. She could tell she was getting closer to completion, however she could not hold this up for much longer. At last, she gave in, bits of smoke raising from her hand. rin cuffed her right hand with her left as she continued the training, blue chakra raising within her hand. At the center was a vibrant ball while very short tendrils snaked outwards.

"Ox, Rabbit, Monkey; Raikiri!" Rin commanded, holding her right hand as she began to concentrate her chakra into her outstretched right hand, the hand facing one of the trees. The wooden surface began to become eaten up as she formed the basic figure of Raikiri. Smoke began to rise from her hand as she grasped the form in her head and forced the form within her outstretched hand to be the same as the one in her head. Her hand started to radiate with pain, however she would not stop and at last had the form of Raikiri within her hand. She let go of the Chakra, raising her singed hand to her face.

Phase Three End

"That hurt...however I'm closer to mastering this Jutsu, and closer to my dream." she said, walking forwards from where she had just used the Jutsu. Rin still had enough chakra to form a pair of Mizu Bunshins to guard over her, and fell upon the grass. She fell asleep soon after. Rin knew that her master would eventually catch up to her and help her, however she was proud of herself, having done so much just on her own. She faded to sleep, the two Mizu Bunshins watching over her as she slept.

~Two Days Later~

"Hmm? How long have I been out of it?" She asked herself, raising from where he had been asleep and dispelled her two Mizu Bunshins, glancing forwards as she half-expected Eric to be near. She continued to spy the area around her, trying to sense Eric's chakra as she yawned and walked forwards somewhat to where she had been training the other day. It was time to continue her training, though she would probably need Eric's help eventually. She wanted tto do everything on her own though!

<~Sazaku Norimune~>

The young Jounin of Otogakure had fled the country once Reilyn had become the new Otokage, holding no alliance to her. He believed her weak, and had fled he village, however what he didn't know was that Zeig had returned. Until now, Sazaku had remained in hiding, however the silver-Haired youth had finally decided to inform Konoha that Zeig had returned after killing the Hunters that had been on his tail. That was how he had stumbled into the mist, and consequently, Rin Hatake. He had been hiding while she slept, watching over her, however he could hide no more, jumping out of the tree he had previously occupied. "Uhh...Hi, I'm Sazaku of the Norimune Clan. Do you know where the Hokage is? I have importaint information for him."

<~Rin Hatake~>

"I know of the Hokage, I recently met him. If you'd allow to finish training, I'll take you to him." spoke Rin. Determined as she was to continue the training, she just couldn't wait for Eric to finish the jutsu as she had initially planned. She needed to finish Raikiri on her own, and that was exactly what she planned to do. Leaving Sazaku, she took a few steps towards a tree and raised her right hand, somewhat smirking as she began her training once more.

Phase Four - Elemental Nature Manipulation

Rin walked towards the tree, grasping a single leaf from it and walking towards Sazaku. She pressed the leaf between both palms as she attempted to wrinkle the leaf with her chakra as she had done the chakra-sensitive paper. She concentrated solely on the leaf between her hands, focusing entirely on the task at hand. She could feel her hand being somewhat ripped as she attempted something that took people weeks, even months, in only a day. then again, Rin already had some Elemental Manipulation experience.

Five Years Ago...

the younger, much more innocent form of Rin stood before Master Katoshi as he handed her a sheet of paper. She somewhat raised her head in question, however somehow knew that the paper was chakra sensitive. Earlier, Katoshi had explained how in order to use her Kekkei Genkai, she manipulated the elements of Water and Wind together, making Ice. Rin had understood that part, however it was what next that she didn't quite understand. Taking the paper into ant, it instantly cut in half, wrinkled, AND got soggy the moment she touched it. Katoshi walked towards Rin now, handing her a leaf. "I want you to wrinkle this leaf, Rin, using only your chakra."

Nodding, Rin took the leaf and begin to concentrate hard. she visualized the lea being wrinkled in her clasped hands as her chakra began to flow into the leaf. It wasn't as easily as she thought it would be, she noticed as she continued to attempt wrinkling the leaf. Eventually, she noticed something and opened her hands up widely. the leaf had began to wrinkle slightly. surprised by this, she continued concentrating solely on the leaf, attempting to wrinkle it all up. It only took a few more moments and rin raised the leaf with a wide smile. The leaf was completely wrinkled as master Katoshi had asked her to do.

Now, the older and more Mature compressed the leaf within her hands once more. She compressed the chakra within the leaf, saturating it with it and pressing the chakra like tiny sticks into the leaf, forming jagged wrinkle marks along it's exterior. She continued to concentrate chakra, jabbing the leaf with even more chakra until finally, the form had fully wrinkled as Rin had visualized. She walked forwards as she held the wrinkled leaf up.

Phase Five - Raikiri!!

Having completed the fourth leg of her training, Rin felt somewhat confident now and decided to continue without Eric by her side. She raised her hands quickly, forming Ox by raising her right hand vertically while maintaining her left hand horizontally and clasping onto the right. Next, she formed Rabbit by maintaining the position of her left hand and dropping her right except for her thumb, raising her fore-fingers. Last, there was Monkey where she quickly lowered her thumb, paralleled both hands, and pressed her right forwards while clasping them together.

"Raikiri!!" yelled Rin as Nature and shape Manipulation came into play, manipulating the shape of Raikiri while fueling it with the same chakra she used to wrinkle the paper previously, cuffing her hand as she shouted the words. soon enough, the Raikiri overtook her hand. She quickly ran forward, tendrils of the Raikiri's energy following suit as she then shoved the Raikiri into the nearest tree. The damage wasn't nearly as great as it should have been it didn't even cut down the tree.

Rin attempted the same thing once more, determined to complete the jutsu. She quickly formed the hand seals. "Raikiri!!" Rin commanded once as she began to shape the Raikiri and place the chakra into it, manipulating the shape of Raikiri while fueling it with the same chakra she used with the other Raikiri previously, cuffing her hand as she shouted the words. The Raikiri surged within her hand. She quickly ran forward, tendrils of the Raikiri's energy following suit as she then shoved the Raikiri into the nearest tree. As she stepped backwards, the tree somewhat collapsed to the side, she had done better than her last attempt.

<~Sazaku Norimune~>

"I see, I have no problem with that, and in the mean time I can make you a nice sword." He aid, taking both Joushoukaze and Retsu-Yatsumi to his side. The strange metallic material began to form around both swords, lifting them off the ground as the materials was stripped and the swords lay bare. all that was left was the materials used to make hand guard, hilt, and pommel. Sazaku stretched his hand out as he formed the hand seals; Ox, Dragon, Monkey, Rabbit, Monkey, Ox, and finally Dragon. His chakra began to raise as he used the metal from the previous blades in fusion with the metallic ore processed from his body, beginning the formation of the blade of the new sword he was planning to create. Using Wind and Water Chakra (While in this mode he could use any element, but a single break in concentration spells disaster and he literally cannot move.) to form ice element upon the blade. this would take a while, however it was certainly worth it.

Norimune - Tensa Seisei <Heavenly Variation of Creation> - Using the metal within a Norimune clan Member's blood stream, they form a weapon or weapons of any chosen shape and of any chosen size they wish, though they can not go too exorbant in size.. this weapon can only be up to S-Rank in power and the clan member may add an elemental effect, however this costs more chakra.

<~ Sazaku ~>

Hours had passed as Sazaku continued to sit where he had been for the past two hours. It looked like Rin had finished her training to Sazaku, however he had to concentrate on the matter at hand. Blackness stretched before him as he formed the blade of pure black, edging the blade on the molecular level to form folds of pure white. With a sigh, Sazaku smiled, the blade had been done. Now, he formed the Tsuba of the same black material, it was so durable it was nearly impervious. finally, Sazaku took a golden clasp and placed i in between the blade and Tsuba, then inserted hilt of the same black material and a pommel with a chain tassel attached to it. Finally, the Jutsu was complete, and he quickly tightened everything before wrapping the hilt n two layers, a silky smooth material and then the actual wrapping itself. finally he handed the sword over to Rin and smiled. "This is the Tsukihime, crafted for you, please take it as a gift."

<~ Rin ~>

"Thanks so much, Sazaku. We just met, but I already feel like we're friends. My training isn't quite done yet, so I'll give you direction to the Hokage Office" Rin said, tossing a scroll to Sazaku as she walked forwards. There was so much more to do, and so little time to do it. She unfurreled another scroll and read through it, this scroll was but one of many she had written during her adventures on the Shirotou Style, the one she had decided to create for the purpose of the perfect sword style.

Kinjutsu Training - Kage Bunshin no Jutsu

"What makes a Kage Bushin different from a Bushin?" Rin thought to herself as she began walking along the grass. "It requires a certain amount of chakra to make it come to existence, thus it gives it a definitive mass unlike that of a normal Bunshin, which means I need to make the clone take a shape. Not just the illusion of one. Maybe I can use the foundation of the Mizu Bunshin which already acts somewhat like a Kage Bunshin." She thought to herself as she continued walking across the grassland then did a few hand seals.

"Mizu Bushin no Jutsu!" She said as the clone stood beside him. She walked forward and he clone followed her in the exact movement. Rin began to walk forwards and thought of kicking outwards and watched as the clone did exactly what she was thinking. She remained in wonder before sending a low trip to her Mizu bunshin to dispel it That was when she sighed as he realized the hardship this Jutsu would bring. "I see now, Mizu Bunshin is intelligent and moves as I wish them to move, however Kage Bunshin furthers that to a greater extent, creating a separate personality .." Rin said to herself as she pressed on with the training.

Rin returned to where she stood once more and began to think as she raised her head and held the same symbol of a cross to summon the Kage Bushin. As she did this, she visualized in her head the same thing as the Mizu Bunshin, only to a much greater degree as the Mizu Bunshin. He then opened her eyes and collected her chakra. "Kage Bushin no Jutsu!" She yelled out loud as smoke began to raise and a clone appeared beside him looking exactly like him. "Did I do it? Can you say something?" Rin asked looking at the clone. When it said nothing, she dispelled the clone with a quick jab. She glanced towards where she had just failed, sighing somewhat.

She once more put the seal again together and then closed her eyes and began to pour the chakra she need to use the jutsu once more, this time applying more chakra to the Mizu Bunshin seal. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" Rin commanded as she pushed more chakra. Smoke began to rise as the clone appeared beside her. It was fully formed and he turned to it. Somehow, Rin felt like this was another Bunshin when it didn’t say anything or move an inch and viciously jabbed it hard, making it dispel.

As the smoke settled, Rin looked at the Kage Bunshin with interest. She slightly inched forward if only to see it move. When it did not, she nodded and then glanced towards it. "Can you talk?" She asked the Bunshin as it remained silent. She sighed as the Bunshin made no gestures of any kind to suggest movement. He growled again out of anger and then looked at the Bunshin and noticed something, it's hand had flinched as she had passed it.

Rin sighed as she walked to the clone and then continued onwards after dispelling it. "It's not even taking form yet, perhaps more chakra." Rin focused on making her chakra raise higher than previously and take form. She raised her hands and formed the seal once more while thinking on what she had learned so far and what had kept her from succeeding. She then pressed her chakra forward and mentally prepared herself. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" She yelled as once more, smoke trailed around the form of the clone.

Now the True Training Begins...

Phase One - Mizu Bunshin

Focusing at first on the art which was the closest to Kage Bunshin was Rin's current priority in her Kinjutsu Training, and though she didn't want to admit it, she was quite stumped on how to create the Kage Bunshin. Still she would try and began at first by calling forth a Mizu Bunshin, performing hand seals while yelling "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu!!"Her chakra, it grasped the water an began to shape, mold the very water into the form of her. Eventually, two mirror images of herself stood before her, smiling sarcastically.

"The essence of Mizu Bunshin is using water to create an intelligent doppleganger, what can I use for Kage Bunshin? That's be nearly impossible to grasp onto darkness, as the name implies. Perhaps it is chakra in it's full essence that grasps onto maintain substance." She quickly dispelled both Mizu Bunshins with little thought, raising her hands once more, this time attempting to use more chakra and less water in the mix. She could understand, and would do this until the mixture was entirely chakra. She formed the seals and formed two more Mizu Bunshins.

"Successful, and with only 2/3 the normal water involved in my Mizu Bunshins, i'll continue though, this time at only 1/3 water." Rin said, smirking as she once more dispelled the Mizu Bunshins. Her chakra concentrated this time on a small core of water as she formed the hand seals, successfully forming two Mizu Bunshins alongside her. so far, her experiment had been successful, now it was time to kick it up to the next phase, she decided, after dispelling the Mizu Bunshins.

Phase Two - Kage Bunshin

Before forming a Kage Bunshin, there was one more, final step to be completed, a Mizu Bunshin of pure chakra, though it wouldn't be much considered a Mizu Bunshin anymore. It would probably decompose soon after being used, however she had to attept, it would give her new insight. Her chakra began to raise, using purely chakra to mold the shape and fill it with enough chakra before forming the hand seals. A Mizu Bunshin sprung up, however as she had predicted, soon disappeared.

"You can't form a Mizu Bunshin without water, interesting, now onto Kage Bunshin." she shut closed her eyes as her chakra flared to life, her hands snaking outwards into the cross seal. She sent her chakra surging forth, forming one body with precision as the blue substance swirled around her. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" she commanded as the form of her appeared aside her. she glanced to it, and it began moving erratically before dissipating in a burst of smoke, leaving Rin frowning.

Rin prepared to use the jutsu once more and quickly closed her eyes as her chakra flared to life, her hands snaking outwards into the cross seal. She sent her chakra surging forth once more, determined as she began the forming of one body, this time fueling much more chakra into the mix with the precision of a surgeon, the blue substance swirling around her. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" she commanded once more as the form of her appeared aside her, then turned about once more and spoke. "A..at your serv....ice!"

"Not quite, but almost there." Rin said as she prepared to use the jutsu the last time hopefully and quickly closed her eyes as her chakra began to raise to life, her hands raising upwards outwards into the cross seal. She sent her chakra surging forth once more, determined as she began the forming of one body, this time fueling much more chakra into the mix with the precision of a surgeon, the blue substance swirling around her. Rin prepared to use the jutsu once again, trying to perfect it this time and quickly closed her eyes as her chakra began to raise to life, her hands raising upwards outwards into the cross seal. She sent her chakra surging forth once more, determined as she began the forming of one body, this time fueling much more chakra into the mix with the precision of a surgeon, the blue substance swirling around her. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" she commanded once more as the form of her appeared aside her, tensing it's knuckles and moving it's head. not quite, Rin thought, as she dispelled the Kage Bunshin.

Rin settled down and sighed as he rested back on the floor. She was expending too much of her chakra as if it were something that could easily be gained. She thought back to what she was missing from the equation. The clone could move it's hands and move it's head and even talk now. It was much more solid than her failed experiences and could finally deal some damage. Rin knew she would have to focus on giving forth more chakra and stability to give the clone what it needed for completion, however Rin knew she was nearing the end of her chakra reserves.

Rin once more stood up and tried to focus upon the Kage Bunshin despite her low chakra. Rin began to hold the seal again and began to focus and collect Chakra. She panted, her breathing becoming much more labored as she gained physical representation. She was determined to make this jutsu work and was determined to try until she reached her limit. Rin collected chakra and began to control that chakra, focusing on the form vividly in her mind. Her chakra began to grow to the point where she could feel it surge. She nodded to herself silently as she decided it was finally time for the final push, she didn't have much more time due to her low chakra reserves.

"Kage Bushin no Jutsu!" Rin yelled with tenacity as her chakra exploded and made big trails of smoke. When the smoke settled past them, three clones stood side by side to Rin and looked at the out of breath Rin who stood up straight and looked at the clones who gave her somewhat of a slight worried look. "Please, tell me that you three can move on your own, because I'm pissed and tired, not a good combination!!"She said as she breathed hard, falling onto her knees as she rubbed her hands along the temples, one of the clones catching her. "Yes, we move." The three clone said as the first held Rin up onto her feet. Finally, she had done it, and just in time as well she could sense tiredness overcoming her.
