I just don't understand how you're actually making this work:

Okay, think of Fourth in this period, but slower.

Basically i move fast and dash at him with chakra at my foot to push with more power to rasengan also.

i don't quite see it my self as a kinjutsu either...more ninjutsu.

Hmm....  Well, just knowing the Rasengan in general makes it a Kinjutsu, but just say what kind of strain it puts on your body when you use it.
