OOC: I think I’m going to use Kodo’s healing time to learn a new Jutsu… or rather one I created myself. Hope nobody minds .

Description: A Taijutsu created by Kodo Raptor It gives greater strength to his Taijutsu by adding his fire element into the mix. A Trigram appears on the ground with the Katon symbol in the center after the ninja holds the Tiger hand sign. The ninja’s own chakra surges from their body and burns like fire around them. The ninja will then attack in the same manner as the original Taijutsu. This jutsu gives the added effect of causing burns to an area touched by the chakra released. The chakra release will quickly causes strain on the body as time passes so extended use should be limited.
Kodo was passed out as the ANBU ninja were tending to his current situation. He could vaguely hear their voices as they worked on removing the tree from his body. His mind however was somewhere elts. His mind was trapped deep within his own subconscious. Kodo was near completely unaware of what was going on. He was concerned with only one thing, getting stronger. Kodo new what could show his power. What if he were to increase his own Taijutsu skills by adding his Fire element into the mix? Kodo new he could do it and he wasn’t going to stop until he did. The first thing he needed to do was learn how to better harness his elemental chakra. To do this a great amount of meditation and focus will be required.
Kodo’s body was slowly healing from the attention it was getting from the Medics. They had managed to completely remove the tree and now it was Kodo’s crushed bones that required their attention.

Deep within Kodo’s mind he was fully focused on his training. He was in a dark room that had little light coming from fire-pits that lined each corner. It was here where his elemental chakra was located, and here where he would learn to better control it. Kodo walked over to one of the fire-pits and waved his hand through the flame. As expected the flame fluctuated and swayed around Kodo’s hand as it passed through each time. Kodo pulled his hand back as the fire started to burn it. He then with a quick thrust his palm was back in the flame. It struck the bottom of the pit and scattered burning ash into the air causing the flames to burn higher for a few seconds. Kodo looked at his arm to find that it wasn’t burnt, it wasn’t even singed. Kodo looked at the other fire pits in the room. They all slightly burned with a small flame. Kodo walked over to another side of the room and found a large door with a seal on it. Deep inside he could hear the faint sound of the flapping of wings and the screeching of a bird. Kodo tried to open the door, but the seal kept it locked.
Kodo gave up on the door and returned his focus to the fire pits. Kodo sat in the center of the room and closed his eyes. He tried to remember how it felt the first time he used his elemental chakra for the Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique). Kodo placed his hands in the Tori hand sign as his chakra flowed from his body and surged around him. With the temperature in the room increasing the fire pits started to burn faster, their flames grew in size. Kodo could feel his internal flame beginning to burn, as his chakra started to rage around him. Kodo continued to focus on this feeling within him as the flames around him erupted. The fire pits could no longer hold onto their flame as Kodo’s own chakra was calling them forth. Still in the Forest of Death the ANBU Medics were trying to heal Kodo as fast as they could. One of the Medics noticed that Kodo’s temperature started to increase to dangerous levels. Kodo’s chakra also started to flow uncontrollably from his body. One of the medics tried to touch Kodo but his hand burst into flames.
“This is not good. There is something definitely wrong with this kid. We should report this to the Hokage. He will want to know this.” The group of ANBU Medics left for the Hokage;s tower wile one remained at a safe distance watching to ensure nothing came to try and eat the boy. Though he doubt anything that would want to could get close enough to try. Kodo opened his eyes to see the room he was in engulfed in flames. His own chakra was also raging around him, as he felt his internal heat burning like never before. “It is time to show the Hokage what a true Hart of Fire really is!” Kodo got to his feet and walked through the flames, his own chakra the only thing keeping him from being burnt to a crisp. Kodo took a fighting stance in the center of the room. He looked around as the flames burned higher and higher. Kodo’s Chakra exploded just before he disappeared. Small traces of him could be seen as the flames broke here and there for split seconds at a time. As time passed the flames were dieing down as they were being sniffed out by the speed and power of Kodo’s attack. The speed of Kodo’s attack was also dropping as his chakra was quickly being depleted. The flames diminished and returned to their respective fire pits, and Kodo dropped to his knees panting for breath. The ANBU ninja watched as Kodo’s body got to its feet. He looked into Kodo’s eyes to see that they were darker then normal. It was almost as if the lights were off and nobody was home. Kodo’s chakra was still burning around his body and every step he took the ground would burn. Kodo stopped and held the Tiger hand sign just before taking a battle stance. The ANBU ninja got closer as he heard Kodo say something under his breath. “Lotus.”
The ANBU medic didn’t know what the boy was doing, nor did he realize that he was in range of what was going to be Kodo’s most powerful signature move. Kodo looked up and spotted the ninja then looked away as if not knowing he was there. The energy from the Lotus enhanced Kodo’s own fire chakra and then he was off. Kodo scaled a nearby tree in record time and jumped off it at the ANBU ninja. The ANBU wasn’t expecting to be the target of this boy and was taken off guard when Kodo appeared behind him. The heat coming from Kodo’s chakra was too much to handle so he got out of there as quickly as he could. Kodo followed his target to the ground and once again appeared behind him. This time however Kodo took a swing with his leg. The ANBU member was able to avoid the attack, and noticed something strange. The ground where Kodo swung his leg started to catch fire.
Kodo ran after the Ninja and swung again, this time with mutable attacks at once. The ANBU ninja had to stay on the defensive, If he attacked he could hurt Kodo and then the Hokage would hurt him. The heat from Kodo’s chakra started to rise more the closer he got to him and the faster the attacks came. Surly the boy couldn’t keep this pace up for much longer. The ANBU blocked one of Kodo’s kicks with his arm only to see his sleeve burst into flame. Preoccupied by the burn on his arm he left an opening on his chest that got struck by a power kick from Kodo sending him crashing to the ground. Kodo’s chakra flow stopped at that moment as he dropped to his knees and then collapsed onto the ground.
The ANBU ninja put out the flames on his chest then walked over to the boy. “You are powerful young Kodo. Now I see why the Hokage took you on as his student.” He picked up the boy in his arm and vanished out of the Forest and returned to the gate they first entered. He lay Kodo on the ground and healed what remained of Kodo’s wounds. “You will be safe out here. I have other matters to attend to.” The ANBU left Kodo’s sleeping body there on a bench and returned to his teammates.

Requirements: Must be a member of the Raptor clan.
Description: This is the Dojutsu of the Raptor clan. It allows the user and their Bird of prey partner to use each others eyes. There are three stages of this jutsu. As the ninja gets stronger they advance to the next stage.
Level 1: The clan’s eye color is normally solid green. When this Dojutsu is activated a faint copy of the Partner’s eyes appears over the ninja’s. The ninja can now see through their partner’s eyes and see exactly what they are seeing. However, the ninja can’t see through their own eyes during this jutsu.
Kodo woke up on the bench several hours later. He could feel that his chakra had been drained recently and that some of it had been restored. Kodo also felt this strange feeling in the back of his mind. Kodo looked to see Airazor perched on the back of the bench just looking at him. “What are you looking at?” Kodo sat up and looked to the village. His eyes narrowed as chakra filled them and for a split second the village gate seemed to zoom in on him.
