Tamotsu dusted himself off and sighed as he heard Eric speak softly. He considered the thought and then looked at one of the clones who spoke up. "When I fought Ukyo, he was able to see through each of my moves like if he had more then one state of mind processing the information. For as much as I honor his skill, I question his motives. But at present time, like I told him, if something goes awry I will call on one of you." The clone said as Tamotsu walked over to a tree and laid beside it. He yawned and rested a moment.

"I guess, he's tired. So, Eric's clone. What's this next technique we're going to learn." The clones asked.

"As I just demonstrated, you will make earthquakes using one finger." The Eric clone explained. He pointed to the chasm he had created a minute or so ago. "This requires a combination of strength and chakra control. You must finetune it to a high degree, then unleash it upon the earth. If you ever head of the move Houshou or Asshou, think of it as a combination of them, put together with the chakra control needed for one to be a medic nin. I don't doubt your skills, but please be careful. If you put in too much, the earthquake will go both ways, and you'll be killed by your own technique. Put in too little, and you'll dispel yourself from the recoil."

He held out his index finger again. "All right, put in a whole bunch of chakra to your finger, enough to break the earth." he told them.

The clones watched on as the Eric explained the jutsu and looked on in awe. They nodded as the attack was bit reminiscent of the attack called Painful Sky Leg just condensed into one finger. The first clone with all it's pride jumped forward and then smiled. "I got this! I think I can learn it!" He said as he began to focus all his chakra into one finger he then threw it down with speed. As it's finger hit the ground, it dispelled and the other clone looked one sighing softly. "I guess he put too little. And the recoil made him dispell. Well, maybe you can tell me what we did wrong so we can move along with this." The clone said looking at Eric's clone.

"It's all logic." The Eric clone said. "Think of it as a simple math equation. Your percent of Chakra use and Physical strength must be greater than that of the Earth you're splitting and it's toughness. If you think it might help, do a few Taijutsu moves enhanced with chakra against.....that tree over there to get a better scope of understanding." The clone pointed to a rather tall tree, but there were no leaves on it. "It might be dead, but don't underestimate it. That is many a ninja's undoing, doubly so for a clone, since for you guys and myself, it's one hit, and game over."

The clone looked at the tree and waited for the Hokage's clone to make a move.

The clone nodded and walked over to the tree and looked it over. It began to focus like the real Tamotsu. It thrusted it's palm forward hard and made an imprint of it in the bark. The result made the tree crack in half. The clone backed off and then nodded. It had gotten what it needed from that one attack and began to return to the area it was before. The clone began to focus all the chakra into it's index finger. It then began to balance it all out in the finger and then slammed it's finger down to the ground as it did, the attack went back towards the clone and dispelled itself. When it died, Tamotsu growled and woke up. He stood up and dusted himself off again.

"I see that my clones failed..." He said softly.

"Well, they both got overconfident." The Eric clone explained. "As your clones memories might have told you, the first one didn't put in enough chakra, and the second put in too much chakra, and it backfired both times. Be glad that wasn't yourself, or else you'd have a bloody arm and I would have had to make sure you didn't fall into a chasm." The Eric clone sat down crosslegged. "However, as they say, third time is the charm. With the mistakes of the two clones fresh in your memory, I think you can fix their error's and do it right this time. Now, please, prove me right. Use the One-Fingered Earthquake!"

Tamotsu laughed a moment as he agreed about the overeagerness of his clones. He knew they were extensions of himself and were most likely very proud beings. He stretched out to release the small tensions on his back and arms and began to focus. As he did, he looked at the tree behind him with the deep palm imprint. He closed his eyes and then focused his chakra to one finger. "This is why, you can't send someone else to do your own job!" He yelled as he touched the ground with one finger and caused the ground to shake violently forward towards the tree. The ground crack an shifted, even falling, taking the tree with it into the ground.

"Anything else?" Tamotsu asked softly.

"One more thing." The Eric clone said. "You know that Kage Bunshins take one hit and then dispel. That might be a good thing, but not against an enemy that can use jutsu's really fast, or is a speed marksmen. So I'm gonna teach you how to counter that. You will use, the Exploding Shadow Clone technique, or suicide clones."

"Wait for a moment. I'm going to dispel myself and get the real Eric to make one shadow clone and one exploding clone." With that, the clone stabbed itself and vanished in a puff of smoke. Five minutes later, two Eric clones came back into the clearing. They both looked identical, but one of them was a bomb, and you couldn't tell which until you hit one.

"Alright, we will both stand a good distance away. A third clone is waiting in the distance. You must take out the exploding shadow clone to understand the reasoning behind it. Now, take out a kunai, and choose well!" One of the two clones shouted as they hopped far away from each other.

"I don't want to take a chance with either. I'll throw a rock at the two of you and let the third handle the rest. I don't like messing with chance." Tamotsu said as he picked up two rocks on the floor and threw them with force at the two. The two clones erupted with great force and Tamotsu covered his eyes and then stood there a bit unimpressed by look. However, he was impressed by the attack as he has never seen it before. He looked at the third and took a breath. "So, tell me what is it that needs to be done. Because I'm guessing, this takes Kage Bushin to a whole new level." Tamotsu said as he looked on.

"This jutsu requires you to think about science. You must not only mold your chakra to not only make it a Kage Bunshin, but mold it just the right way to make it a bomb that only goes off when it's hit." The third clone explained as he jumped down in front of the Hokage. He took out a scroll and an ink brush and began writing it down for him.

"You see, it's like when you mold regular chakra. Physical, and spiritual energy mix into one thing, and then comes out as a jutsu with the right handsigns. For the exploding shadow clones, you gotta know the working of a bomb tag. Mix your chakra in that way and then use the Shadow clone jutsu. It should come out as an exploding shadow clone." The clone stopped writing, and looked up at the Hokage. "Do you understand?" he asked.
