Eric Hatake returned to Konoha as soon as ninjaly possible. He had been entrusted with a great mission of great honor. The Hokage himself had invited him to be part of something people are rarely trusted with. He had been with Rin Shouten, a kiri-nin who chose to become his apprentice and whom had feelings for him, which he was going to return. She had to stay behind for awhile, but he left her with a Kage Bunshin to escort her. He wasn't about to let her get lost, or be attacked by the guards for a misunderstanding.
It had been a long time since he had been in Konoha. He didn't even know if the Inuzuka that had the Hokage seal in the note was the same one he had met with Lava near a year ago. He entered the Hokage tower, gave the guard outside the door his scroll, and then entered the room. "Lord Hokage, you summoned me?" he asked.
Tamotsu had been standing in his robes for the last two days expecting a visitor. The same black crow that had been following him around for a while was perched on his shoulder. He called it Shrapnel, as it always seemed to explode in a flurry of feathers when it flew off. He smiled as the door to his office opened and the rough black haired blue eye servant appeared again. Knowing that he would have work to do soon he sat down.
"How close is he, Mitusuki?" Tamotsu asked.
"1 minute." He said as the door opened. Mitsuki turned and Tamotsu sighed.
"Welcome, Eric. Please take a seat. Others will be joining this meeting as it is of the most importance." Tamotsu said as he pointed to the chair in front of him and then took out a scroll and began writing in it. _________________ Tamotsu Says: Relax. No seriously... Eric nodded and took a seat. This is a different Inuzuka than Ky from the last time he had visited Konoha. He sat in the chair the Hokage waved at him. He didn't like it when he was told to sit and wait, something bad usually happened. It made him on edge the moment they left the Hokage's mouth. Of course, he was something akin to a Kinjutsu master, but still, he was the Hokage, and he didn't feel like being on Konoha's most wanted list again. He also didn't know this Hokage's jutsu arsenal. A certain jounin possessing the darkest of powers made his way to the Hokage's office. He has been summoned for an important meeting, and was wondering what it could have been. Well, at least I'll get to see some action. But seriously, another new Kage... we've been going through Kages like toilet paper. Let's see... there was Sasiko, the 5th Hokage, and he died in the war with Otogakure. Then Ky Inuzuka took his place as the 6th Hokage. But he didn't last long and gave up his position to Renima, the 7th Hokage in a couple of years. Who has died just recently and now Inuzuka Tamotsu is the 8th Hokage. Four Kages in just three years... this is crazy. Musing upon whether the current Hokage remembered their little sparring match a few months ago or not, Ukyo arrived at the office door. He entered and noticed that someone he vaguely knew was also there. Eric Hatake... that cocky ex-boyfriend of Syra-san's... I'm surprised he's still tolerated in this village. However, the jounin kept his blank expression as he said: Tachibana Ukyo, reporting for duty, Hokage-sama. _________________

Rin had somewhat of a tough time finding her way to the Hokage Building, however if it hadn't been for the Kage Bunshin she would have been totally lost. At last she entered the building.She had been training with Eric Hatake, Sannin from Konohagakure within her own village of Kirigakure, however when Eric had received a letter, she decided to wrap up her training for the moment and follow him her, though she was somewhat late in doing so. She noticed Ukyo from the Jounin Exams, glancing towards him and immediately noticing his hatred, hatred for Eric. "Hmm, I see." Tamotsu said as he looked over the group. One he knew well, as he still had the scar on his chest from his attack. The other he had only read files one and wondered if in practice this would work. The final was an outsider which he knew almost nothing about but at the moment, she showed respect and he honored that by offering them all seats. He then finished the scroll he was working on and began to speak softly.
"As you all know, I am newly instated as Hokage and I tend to over think things. So I have called you two, the last of Konoha's greatest here to determine a new path for things. Including you, Ukyo. I have appointed a special Unit of ANBU just for you. You will deal directly with all Black-Ops concerning Kirgakure and Otogakure. This branch shall be called Shadow." Tamotsu said as he handed Ukyo a scroll.
"As for you, Eric. My request is something more personal. I shall speak with you in private." Tamotsu said as he dismissed Mitsuki. "As for you Ukyo, you can prep anyone you like. "If it is ok with you Lord Hokage, I would like my apprentice Rin to stay with me." Eric asked, kneeling to his Lord Hokage. He then continued, "She means much to me, and I will worry about her since she's in a foreign village and has not been here before. People might misunderstand what a Kiri nin will be doing in Konoha." He stood up. Then he sat back down in his chair, and waited for the Hokage's reaction. Ukyo eyed the girl from Kirigakure before taking a seat. She was with Eric, it was quite obvious. He had suspicions their relationship was more than "master-student" as well. So then he found yet another girlfriend... what an inconstant guy, - thought the jounin, at the same time listening to the Hokage. What the Inuzuka said came as a light surprise to him. A special unit of ANBU? I wonder what he has in mind. Watching Kiri and Oto... does he suspect them of something? I wonder what he wants to ask of Eric, too... I wouldn't trust him if he was the last man on Earth.Understood. Is there anything you wanted to ask of me, Hokage-sama? _________________

"I also would like to stay with my Master, Hokage-San." spoke the young Kunoichi, brushing the silky strands away from her face, black irises remaining focused upon the Hokage himself. Rin was waring a light blue coat around herself, Intricate Kanji encircling the backside of the coat detailing the words 'Seven Swordsmen' in silvery lettering, her Kirigakure shinobi Headband tied tightly around her neck. Rin glanced towards Ukyo slightly, a smile being brought to her countenance as she sort of half-sensed what he was thinking merely by the facial expression and body language. Tamotsu sighed and bowed his head. "She can stay. As for you Ukyo, I will have missions for you in time. My falcons or my wolf will find you. And you will be informed of your task. I believe you will do Konoha well as well as keeping us informed." Tamotsu said as he searched through his desk and pulled out another scroll and began writing in it. He sighed as he hated writing official business. "You're dismissed now, Ukyo. Good luck on building our new foundation." He said softly without looking up. "As for the two of you, rest assured I am not here to be hard or enemy. So please relax. I smell your uncomfortable feeling." He said as he looked up. _________________ Tamotsu Says: Relax.
