Rukia stands in a grassy field, enjoying the breeze blow through her somewhat short hair. She had just recently moved into the country, in order to watch the new village. It needs strong shinobi to defend it. She looks down at her sword, "Please, tell me your name. I need to become strong to help protect this village. Also to make my brother proud of me." She takes it from her belt and hold it up. She closes her eyes and starts meditating with it, trying to get it to at least talk to her. Please I need your strength in this moment. I'm excellent in kidou, but could use some physical might. she thinks, directing the thought to the living extension of herself.

Toushiro ran through the fields, following an abnormally swift and completely black butterfly. The current mission assigned to him was not of his liking. The previous one was much better, even though it involved the likeliness of him having to kill. He hated the loss of a life, but his loyalty to his people far outweighed his own likes and dislikes. However, this mission was a complete outrage in his opinion. He was supposed to help a seated officer of another Division train. Seriously... do they have to send a captain deployed in a shinobi village to do this? A shinigami is supposed to be able to train on his own...

The black butterfly suddenly vanished. This is the place? - thought the jounin, looking around. He noticed a small figure some thirty meters to the right of him. So this must be the trainee... He makes his way to the person, realizing it was a girl as he came closer. The pieces of the puzzle all fell in place as he takes a closer look and realizes who this shinigami is. Damn you to the sixth circle of hell, Byakuya, - he whispers, so that the girl couldn't hear. 13th Division, 5th Seat Officer, Kuchiki Rukia, desu ne? I am 10th Division Captain, Hitsugaya Toushiro... here to help you train, - he sighs. The thought that she is pretty cute flashes through the back of his mind before he erases it.

Rukia opens an eye, glaring at Toushiro. "Can't you see I'm busy!" she opens both eyes, placing her zanpakuto in her belt as she does. She starts to form her hands into shinigami seals, as if she was preforming a binding. "You should bother someone ...... who is...." she bites her tounge, "Wait, Captain Hitsugaya of Tenth Division?" She bows, "Gomensai, forgive me for threating you with binding arts. I don't know actual combat ones. But yes I'm Rukia Kuchiki of 13th Division. What brings a captian all the way out here? Is there bad news brewing?"

Hitsugaya felt his eyebrow twitching a bit as he formed a scowl/smile on his face. I swear... of all the shinigami they could put me in charge of... Only if you consider me wanting to kill your damned brother bad news, - he mumbled. Alright, I'll be straight with you. I was ordered to come here and help you with your training, and I don't like it one bit. Apparently, a certain captain from a noble family thinks he can allow himself anything he pleases, and can pull some strings too... well, never mind. Let's get this over with as quickly as possible. Being 5th seat, I assume you have already achieved shikai and learned some Kidou. So, tell me what you need help with and we'll get right to it.

"Say what? Nii-sama isn't that bad. You must be highly mistaken." She turns and looks into the distance, her shoulders shrugged. "I-I don't have shikai. My position as officer was earn through skill alone." she looks at the captian, who was most likely looking at her angrily. "I just need to learn shikai so I can do my job better." She stands there and crosses her arms, and waits for the speech coming her way.

No shikai? I see... Figures... it would be shameful for the Kuchiki family if Rukia wasn't a seated officer, and I don't believe this "skill alone" nonsense... I haven't seen a single shinigami above 8th seat without shikai. She probably doesn't know this, but her position is obviously the work of Captain Kuchiki. That damn snob... Alright, then... how can I help you achieve Shikai? I could give you some tips on interacting with your zanpakuto, but the same thing might not work for two different swords... what have you tried to talk to your zanpakuto so far?

OOC: not really Kat. I know the rule, but I've seen three liners with bad grammar around, so... it just won't count towards the training. also, there might be the issue of different screen resolutions

OOC: Sorry I didn't realize it was that short, or I would've fixed it. Also I've see way worst happen without anything from the mods. Three lines and terrible grammar. But like I said I hadn't realized it was so short or I would have edited it asap.

IC: Rukia sighs inwardly, dissappoint in her inability to using Shikai. Also having the "boy genius" being sent to teach her didn't help her Ego one bit. Not that she couldn't figure it out by herself, just she had been too busy with work to care. Not that her brother knew that, he tends not to like her being in too dangerous situations. But she did it behind his back anyways. Also alot of time trouble seems to find her. She looks back at Hitsugaya, "I told it I'm in need of it's power to protect the village I have to watch over. It doesn't seem to care about that though, she most be a selfish zanpakuto."
