Background: Conan was born in soul society but with horns on her head as part of a birth defect that went through her mother's side of the family and only serficed every few generations. Therefore was unknown by her mother until her daughter was born with it. NAming her Conan was her father's desision because her mother couldn't think of any names at time. This was slightly before her birth and when she was born her parents didn't like the way she looked because of her horns so the 2 of them left her in Suna and ditched to go to a small village away from their child because they thought she was a demon child.
She lived in an orphanedge for 3 years of her life. Conan didn't like living there and when she was 3 left to go find a new place in the village to live. She wasn't able to though and lived on the streets stealing things to eat if neded. When she was about 6 she was signed up into the academy by a strange man who wanted to see what she could do for no reason at all. By then she had been transfered back to the orphanedge about a year earlier much to her dismey. Conan was teased both at school and at the orphanedge because of her horns which made her hate them allot. Due to the treatment of the people both at school and at the orphanedge Conan developed kind of a split personality with several more then just one personality to coap with the stress and pent up emotiuons.
These didn't effect her that much though she did talk to herself allot which was strange even for her. She has excilent detective skills and is extremely smart for her age. However she tends to seem like she is wealthy because of what she wears which oddly enough is a child sized buiseness suit.
She has long been an incessant and persistent reader. She loves reading about and making fake versions of crimes by drawing them or crafting them out of wood or toothpics. She is a genius savant, and even from a young age, was very intuitive and observant. In addition she is very shall we say decisive and presise in her actions.
Conan graduated from academy at age 10 and has been working hard till she gets a team.

Um, isn't there a Clan already for this? The Shinigami clan, right? I thought they resided in Sunagakure. And I also thought that their bloodline was where their power came from, but then again, I might be wrong.

Um, yeah, while it makes sense, this profile is almost an exact copy. Could be a coincidence though
Now, to the flaws of this profile.
1. Kitana - if you mean katana, it's a chuunin-level weapon
2. Exploding tags - chuunin level weapon
3. The fact that she haven't learned her bloodline yet doesn't mean you should put that under bloodline. Just put the name there _________________

If a Bloodline is from a certain Country/Village, then they must be born in it, and stay there, unless they're traveling or become a Missing-Nin. You only start off with "Bunshin", "Henge", and "Kawarimi" Jutsus. And "Kusa no Kuni" is "Grass Country", and if you're going to be in Iwagakure, you're more than likely going to be born in "Tsuchi no Kuni (Earth Country)". All Hyouton Jutsus are offline, unless you have the Hyouton Bloodline, in which all Cannon Bloodline/Clans are closed. You need to put down a "Favored Weapon".
