Description: When the user is in the 1st stage of the bloodline, he can use a special spectrum with this jutsu called Judgment Spectrum, it looks into their very soul to tell if they are lying or not, or if they are guilty for anything opening up a huge amount of knowledge.
Background:
Kyousuke was born in the Earth country, with his family he lived there. In his time with his family he learned the arts of healing, and techniques that only medical ninja would learn. He learned it to such an extent that he was as good as a doctor at age 13. He then started to learn many other techniques such as the taijutsu specialist techniques in order to help him become a better ninja. As he grew up his parents died, in a mission that the Tsuchikage gave them. Saddened by this he weeped for them till he had nothing left to spare. He had learned not to trust anyone and if to never to ever let them get into his heart again. Because that day he realized that he was only held back by others needs. He was no longer a kid yet he knew that he would be an adult soon. After finishing the academy, he soon became a Genin, and did few missions with his sensei, although they were colleagues and nothing more than that. Finally he became chuunin after reaching the age of 15.

Branch clans appeared, attempting to distance themselves from the dishonourable rotting of the clan. They attempted to reach their roots of true Dragon warriors by starting new lives in villages. The lastest village they have occupied was Sunagakure, the Sand Village. The brother of the main branch leader has settled here, claiming all leadership in the region, unlike the usual custom of having a Elder Council.
He could have been before that, and also there were others than in suna.
