(Note: This thread is a training zone to learn jutsu for Selena until I decide to use her in a mission.)

Post 1: Kyoumeisen

Music…such a fragile thing. To some it was something precious that you would joy around and listen too, but for this mad musician, it was anything but. Her fingers had ran across the strings signaling her coming, unlike the other melodies, her chakra along her fingers had heightened and powered themselves to the point where it was rancid and burning like a flame. With that known, she had clutched her fist and then cracked her knuckles with that simple motion and then let go with loud riff using her chakra to manipulate the sound she had let out.

“Hmm…such a technique…” she had said in a low mutter brining a mischievous smile to her lips. Her chakra manipulation was perfect this time around and it was going to be a major help. Right now, it was time for her to practice the Vibrating Sound Drill as she had let out another strong rift with a quick strum of her guitar like it was an axe making a loud wave of destructive force emit from her weapon. Now that she knew that much about the technique, it was time to put it in it’s most dangerous form.

Post 2: Kyoumeisen

Cracking her fingers once more, Selena had started to focus her chakra as her white long lengths of hair had been tossed around her back. Spreading her legs to catch a focusing pose, she had raised her hand as if her palm was ready to throw a mighty blast that would crack the earth, but instead, she only had swiped at the strings of her guitar once more as the blast of sound emitted from it. Her chakra was at full force as she had used the technique, repeating it over and over until the grass and terrain around her had cracked and started to decay from the loud sound blasts coming from her weapon.

She stopped…at that moment, she noticed that she was just going crazy with her weapon like a rock star at a concert not even worried about lyrics anymore. She had gave a mean “humph” gesture because of how she had been caught in her own foolish cut loose attitude to turn her power out full blast. She had almost forgot to concentrate it above all. She sighed deciding that maybe it was best if she would focus this time around. Taking a short break, she had gathered her strength and started to simply observe.

Post 3: Kyoumeisen

Waiting time was over. She’d get no stronger just sitting back and learning every last one of her mistakes. She had to experiment, and now that Lyricos was hers, she wasn’t going to waste a second. She focused her chakra into her finger tips once more. Lifting her hefty weapon, she had smiled maliciously before tilting her neck back slightly, and there it was as she had kept her eyes in a keen shoot to kill look. She struck the strings of her guitar and let her fingers started to move along with the rhythm. She started to see the area in front of her become so distorted with the sound of her instrument, it made her proud with the thought of further concentration of the force that made the space in front of her itself bend.

“Good…good! We’re getting somewhere!” Selena had said before shaking her head and walking over to a stomp nearby and sitting down and thinking about the previous retry. Sure it was better, but she needed to learn this technique now, and she wanted it right now. If she was to master it, she would have to start from square one, and that would be the basic keys which she hate to admit was of that old man’s teaching. She loathed him. Even when he’s not around, she knows he’s right which continually ticks her off.

Post 4: Kyoumeisen

The music was more calm now, not destructive, pretty light hearted like the keys on a piano playing a tune. Selena’s fingers moved more slowly and elegantly like an angel playing it’s harp. Getting in touch with that serene and gentle side was a must have. It was actually the balance that helped her focus and balance out her jutsu. It’s because she had to practice different styles of play no matter what kind of instrument player she was in order to do all styles of jutsu. If it was from the common serene doubling of Bunshin, to the current sound drill technique, she had to adjust.

After playing peacefully to herself and warming up, she had smiled as she had lifted her fingers once more. She smiled as she stood on her brown smooth feet and slid them into her sandals after taking them off to feel the relaxing grass beneath them. “Okay…let’s give this another shot.” she had said with a mischievous smile as she had walked back into the clear with her instrument in hand ready to try the technique after her practice warm up and exercises.

Post 5: Kyoumeisen

“Let’s go!” her voice had called out as she had took the strap of her instrument and tossed it from around her back. Her Lyricos in front of her as she had prepared her hands focusing the chakra to the finger tips along with the padding and finally lifting her hand to give a great big strum of the strings as a blast of sound had reverberated from the source of the strings. The sound blast was wide, but not for long as it started to thin and concentrate as Selena followed up with a rush of her fingers that continuously produced the sound to the point that the view in front of her distorted from the force of the sound’s impact on the airwaves.

“Hmm…almost got it….” she had said as she had kept strumming her guitar watching as the waves thin, but it started to worm left and right even when she tried to control their direction. It wasn’t straight and fluid as she wished as she kept strumming across the strings repeatedly hoping for the best, but her chakra for that one blast started to thin and at that moment, she ceased her technique as she started to breath heavily from the continuous out pour of chakra she had used to control one large wave. It was clear that she might have to try and maintain that one continuous wave with more effort even if it was the first blast.

“I’ll get it next time…” she had noted to herself as she had ran her hand against Lyricos’s surface once more.

Post 6: Kyoumeisen

As Selena had prepped herself for one last blast, she had readied her fingers with the chakra once more. She had lifted her hand and strummed her guitar listening to the sound as the blast had been wide, but right at the get go, she started to play a quick successive melody that thin the impact of the sound making it a thin concentration that was powerful enough to strike someone in the ears if she wanted to. She smirked as she had started to play more music extending her control of the concentration using her chakra expressed through her song as the rocking sound had whirled around her and then concentrating it as it had completely flew straight into the sky.

Feeling as if she should wrap up her performance, she had concentrated the thin shot of the sound wave as she aimed it towards a nearby tree. She had kept strumming madly on her instrument and then gave it a strong swipe as the impact of the sound drill had dug into the tree penetrating the bark as it blasted it from the trunk’s surface. She smiled at her efforts realizing she had mastered the technique and wiped the smirk from her face. “Hmm…seems like I don’t need the old man for everything.” she had teased as she placed her hands on her hips and turned around walking off while strumming the mad melody to herself to remember the pattern she used for the attack. The next time someone heard this song, it would be to someone’s downfall.

Post 1: Kirigakure no Jutsu

It was quiet today, but it was only because the thickness of the forest was making the sound of the tempting music nearly inaudible. As fingers played across the wiring of the mysterious Lyricos, a single vapor appeared almost making the sight of the forest seemed to become more unseen and distorted amongst the white mist. It was starting to build over time, more thick and intimidating as it almost seemed eerie, but after a while, the music’s tune had gone off, the sound was flubbed for a mere second and the fog started to lose it’s potent threat as it returned to the peaceful sight of the forest opening.

“Darn it!” the scowl coming from the lips of the brown skinned girl. Her hair swayed as she gave it a toss trying to play the tune again, only to flub it once more in frustration of failing her first attempt. How upsetting to mess up a jutsu that was easy by hand signs, but even more easier on the tune of an instrument. It was almost insulting to her who was becoming a professional musical tycoon during her training.

“Okay…calm down…” she had said to herself taking a deep breath. She started to exercise her breathing as she had decided she would get this jutsu: The Hidden Mist Technique: Kirigakure no Jutsu

Post 2: Kirigakure no Jutsu

Selena had to think about the type of music to play. Was the tune chaotic? Was it loud and rifting? What would stabilize and best represent a haze of fog? She had to think about it for a second as she had stared forward while sliding a single finger across the strings. Her thoughts swayed left and right like a ship in a storm. She had only been outside practicing this routine for maybe ten minutes, fifteen tops and she was already growing a bit frustrated just as she had with the Sound Drill. Maybe using a loud rift was a sure way to go, and she did so.

She had strummed her guitar with a quick and rough four finger stroke as it sounded off with a loud rift. She had done it once again as she had smirked hearing the sounds over and over, and the jutsu in her head, but she had forgotten that the signs that affected the jutsu are like those used on the guitar, so her jutsu didn’t have the proper signs, meaning it didn’t have to proper execution as the fog had stopped forming in an instant. She sighed, she only cursed her own stupidity knowing such a tactic wouldn’t work in the first place.

“Back…to the drawing board.” she had said with her purple mesmeric eyes retaining their mellow half close.

Post 3: Kirigakure no Jutsu

With another thought place in mind, Selena had only sat there silently as she let her finger pluck at a single string. She had charmed the guitar thinking to herself about her own life. She could remember the confusion her family caused and how her mother and father tried to protect her. Yeah…funny way of protecting her. Try to stop her from becoming a ninja and taking everything from her to make sure that she didn’t realize her talent and her very moderate amount of chakra at her tender age whenever she had performed one of her “so called tricks” It was something that racked her with fear. She had to ask herself, was she some sort of horrid child that wouldn’t be accepted because of her “talent” or so to say?

At that moment of realization, she had lifted her head seeing the surrounding amongst her coated in a white thickness. As she stopped, she had realized something. She had performed the jutsu excellently without her knowing. It wouldn’t be the first time, but it was most likely that it was feeding off the main element it would feed off for her enemies whenever they would see this white thickness that surrounded them. Lost…in fear. She had smiled in amusement as the fog faded. She had her emotional medium that she could base this jutsu off. It was time to make a song.
