Idea Name: Specialist System
Idea Origin: Team REALM (Composed of various people from Naruto Realm)
Idea Description:
| Code: | | An occupation system created by both myself and Full-Metal Shinobi from a forum known as Naruto Realm; there are two versions of each specialist tree, Chuunin and Jounin Rank. Also, each village will have one extra specialist 'type' similar to the seven swordsman, known as Nichinin (elite). |
Specialism Tree
Chuunin Rank - Specialist
Requirements Chuunin
Benefits: Become somewhat stronger in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu or Taijutsu, gain an extra A-Rank in either of these chosen fields.

Requirements Jounin, Special Training
Benefits: Master Genjutsu and all use of it, gain one extra S-Rank Genjutsu
Jounin Rank - Brawler (Taijutsu)
Requirements Jounin, Special Training
Benefits: Above-average body strength and movement, gain one extra S-rank Taijutsu
Jounin Rank - Sage (Ninjutsu)
Requirements Jounin, Special Training
Benefits: Master Ninjutsu and all use of it, gain one extra S-Rank ninjutsu
ANBU Tree
Chuunin Rank - ANBU Recruit
Requirements Chuunin, Invite by Lieutenant or Kage
Benefits: Gains extra A-Rank Jutsu, able to track more efficiently

Yeah, I remember that, Inu did the same thing at his site, I believe. Though I really do like it on that it differenciates a Shinobi's abilities on what they can do.
