Fist of Nirvana, I believe. Yes and Jyuuken is the only fighting style utilizing chakra that's not a jutsu because of the hyuuga bloodline. Too bad it's just their's lol.

Well Kodo has his own style where he places three small shuriken between the knuckles of each hand. He then attacks with them as if they were fixed claws... Would this count as a Jutsu?

Not as jutsu, but it might be nice to put in your profile or something, so people know your character more.

Like people know Sakura uses her gigantic power (chakra oontrol) to do stuff.
