First off, she needs to put down the Jutsus that every new RPC start off with, which are "Bunshin no Jutsu", "Henge no Jutsu", and "Kawarimi no Jutsu", and you get to have one D-Ranked Bloodline Jutsu as a start, which goes under "Bloodline Jutsus", and you must learn ALL of the rest of them.
