Fine Katsuga, I think its fine if new ways were "created" to obtain the mangekyou other than killing your best friend. Though the ways the other two accomplished it was unknown except Madara and his brother trained hard for it supposedly.

Maybe there should be a RPC Kill Requirement / Jutsu Requirement / Rank Requirement to go that far with it.

Yea, like Jounin and at least one S rank jutsu. And as far as combining bloodlines, that would be too cheap, the sharingan is already pretty strong....

Getting off topic again, y'all... ~_~ Anyway, there shouldn't be a Jutsu requirement or anything, just training REALLY hard with the one that you see as your top rival in order to gain it! And, even Kakashi with his super-high-ass Chakra pool can't use the MS for too long because it'll drain him completely, even he said that.

I think we should ban Sharingan. Everyone is going to be power crazy for it. I mean, the people who have Sharingan can keep it, but once their character's die, and if they don't have any offspring, the bloodline should be killed from there.
