Idea Name:  Another way to gain the Mangekyou Sharingan Eye.
Creator:  Uchiha Katsuga
Description:  This is originally from the series, of course, but there is another way to gain the Mangekyou Sharingan Eye without having to kill your best friend, as Mandara and Kakashi found out.  The way is, I believe, is to train against your biggest rival so hard that you actually gain it.

I agree, we do not need ANOTHER mangekyou sharingan and this one coming from a fullblooded uchiha, or anywhere else for that matter.
