I count jutsu as chakra using techniques otherwise they are just moves or techniques without chakra

They still use Chakra because it's Taijutsu Jutsus.

Taijutsu isn't really suppose to use chakra.

Actually, yes it still does.  Taijutsu just doesn't require any Handsigns, but it still does require Chakra, if it's an actual Jutsu that is.
