Appearance: Masura Itichi A very athletic build not too muscular for his size, about the same size as Sasuke in general sports a red and Black kimono with long purple sleeves. Headband is worn on his forehead as he feels that his village is his pride and joy. One of the very few Itichi's in the world and he carries his wakizashi along the sash in the back.

Hair: Jet Black dyed to keep his uniqueness about himself. His normal hair color is Dark Red.

Strengths:
His speed surpasses most Genin in his village.
A skilled user who can recognize Genjutsu if in immediate danger.
Skills with lightning affinity are quite high, though he would have to find a way to find these jutsus and train them to become even better.
Loves Forbidden Techs, though it would take him quite a long time to get enough chakra to be able to harness that power.
Weaknesses:
Love for a great fight is quite difficult upon him. As it makes him sometimes mindless as well.
Tends to overexert himself when it's not needed.
Can be a bit Rash as times.
With his high speed there's a falter in how well his defenses would uphold in battle. He has time to develop it, but there will be some things that can't be changed though.

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Description:A small amoutn of electricity is gathered in the tips of the user, and is to be shot out at the opponent as a distarction, since the amount of electricity is too little to do any damage. The electricty moves either at the same speed of a thrown kunai, or slower.

Requirements: Conductive ground underneath feet.
Description: The user stands with both hands infront of him, and claps them together. using the power of electricity, a small amount of electricity is sent to the ground, blinding whoever is infront for a second or two, and somewhat blinding the user. This technique can only be used if the ground beneath the bolt is a conductor.
Genjutsu Kai [Genjutsu Release]

Requirements: Learned From A Gennin Sensei
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline.

Description: Jigoku Koka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its opponent to see a vision of a tremendous ball of fire that will descend from the sky to envelope the target. Similar to the Clone Technique, the ninja who performs this technique can use it to create hundreds of illusory clones of themselves. Instead of disappearing after being struck, these clones are able to phase through anything, making any attacks futile. They are used as a distraction, as they cannot be attacked and destroyed like regular clones.

Background:Many believe that Masura is a bloodthirsty demon, as emotionless as stone, and as merciless as Mother Nature. Those who believe such only see the outer layer of Masura's psyche, barely scratching the surface of his personality, thus only making them partially correct. Masaru is a shinobi by nature, always seeking to test his skills against the best warriors in the world, sometimes settling to beat down a weaker warrior just for fun. Such a drive does not only serve to test his skills, but it allows him to find his weak points as well, sealing them up each time he finds one so that he could become a perfect warrior. It almost seems as if he is preparing for some kind of final battle, a showdown between something so powerful that he must be perfect, constantly honing his skills to the level of a war god.
Since the age of six, Masura has been battling insanity, a losing battle at best that seemed to slowly consume him. The effects of his failing sanity of five years obviously had a downward spiraling effect, burying his emotions until he had a steel-like exterior, turning him into an extremely cold individual with a cunning attitude and an arrogant nature. His father and friends dying before his eyes, along with his first sensei in Oto attempting to murder him, has understandably changed Masura into a hateful and dark individual. The many deaths hes witnessed with his own eyes, partnered up with his insanity, has caused him to rather enjoy a cold life. Even though his mind and soul are shattered, his kindness and mercy seemingly gone, still a tiny sliver of warmth will emerge from the frozen wasteland of his soul and compel him to human emotion on occasion. Now he is ready to continue his quest Retruning to Otokagure after laying low for so long, he is now rrady to prove that his bloodlust would be quite a good thing for the village. Now he's ready to begin his life as a great shinobi and prove his worth.
