Right. Back on topic, it would still be difficult to create such a number that would fill the village. You would have to have a list of people joining, with their rank of RPC's ready before you could consider making it. Plus, you'd have to be able to explain it into the storyline.
Besides that I only see one problem that might arise - who will become the Kage of whatever Spring Kages are called. I know that you feel like you should, but the rank of Kage is earned, not gained. No offense meant Zeke. Basically what I'm suggesting is that you have a NPC Kage until your chuunin / jounin is ready to become Spring Kage. _________________ Syra's Theme - 463
