It's fine if this is an "activation" power, and while they use it, their chakra or stamina or both are drained fast

It's a trait that will be during Disani's entire life span making her like some sort of Bunny ninja girl. I quite mentioned there was going to be a sub-plot for her turning into this during my profile when I first arrived. The only thing I didn't plan out was the jutsu for it.

This form will cause Disani to go mostly and practically whole taijutsu since it will be a rabbit trait. The speed representing that of a Bunny's powerful legs and feet as well as the hearing for the ears as all, and the white chakra aspect I'm quite hesitant on, but It was just an idea since it would change her style of jutsus only using Bunny Style which will be her using taijutsu in the style of a rabbit mostly being quick leaps, fast bounds, or powerful taijutsu using strictly legs and feet or a combination along with her Wooden Pole.

...and yes, it would be 24/7 and I was going to make it only Disani because of the way she will inherit it during the sub-plot if I get to it, and have the proper rank so she can get the jutsu which will be a long ways off.

This is like a freakin cursed seal and/or a demon. One of which isn't allowed and the other which needs special permission. And I don't like it...its overpowered.

Okay, but there's no need to be hostile I'd appreciate it to keep your cool, and it's not going to bare the similarities of a cursed seal or beast. It's just similar to a Kekkei Genkai.

I did say I need help getting it organized since I need to know which bits need to be taken out. Since the White Chakra isn't necessary and won't majorly benefit to anything or even gives any special characteristic, then what if I take that out?

Not only that, but the hearing thing is only for Disani. Really she is blind and she is already resorted to hearing using her chakra, this is just going to allow her to see more vividly. I thought considering that, the only thing that will even apply to this would be the speed aspect, but considering this jutsu uses ears strictly for my character, then this will also make her even more vulnerable to sound based genjutsu I believe since she's completely depending on her ears.

You realize a constant drain on chakra would kill you eventually? As in, less than a week eventuallly?

Basically what I'm saying is have different kinds of weaknesses. Something more along the lines of weaker ninjutsu... Or worse chakra control. Something permanent to equate your permanent speed and what not.

Actually my character chakra control is already strain and her ninjutsu already are limited because of the fact she is blind and needs to use Chakra in her ears throughout the day to see better by using her ears. This jutsu to boost her hearing is actually to get rid of that permanant character weakness. The speed thing was actually to have a trait of a Rabbit's agile speed similar to that running away, but I guess it isn't necessary if the side effect is going to give her a rabbit trait in appearance.

So will the hearing surffice if I edit it in and take out the speed aspect?

Hm... that's still a no. It's just to great a strength to not have a weakness to properly balance it. Note that the jutsu itself has to balance it out and should not have to rely on the person's weaknesses for balancing.
