I actually like'd the Engi no Jutsu stats.
Also, Oza is right. No adding HP and CP but something to give a nice description of exactly HOW pwerful you are in a certain area. Sure, in an RP words are suppose to describe everything but, numbers help calculate better exactly how strong a shinobi was.

Well the ninja info cards that Kabuto has does tell a strength range for each shinobi. It didn't have an exact number but there was a graph showing how skilled each ninja was in a certen area. I think it would be like Kodo my RPC would have very little if any in Gen but makes up for it in Tai as well as Nin. There was also a listing of missions each ninja had done on the cards. Why couldn't it be something like that? It isn't states like HP CP Speed and such. just an overall skill chart. I know that Tamotsu(AJ Gray) has the info cards jutsu. Thus some skill information must be able to be recorded.
