Instant kill jutsus should put a terrible strain on your body and take massive amounts of chakra. Therefore, you must add those things and make it Kinjutsu. It's not instant kill >_> it's just a jutsu (read description). I can as well remove that "sure kill" line but it won't change the facts. its not a kinjutsu, though it does consume a lot of chakra as an S-rank

Back on topic, remove the sure-kill line, as it's still possible, however improbable, to survive it. Look at Kenpachi from Bleach. Anyways, if you do that it looks ok. The last three seem like they should be bumped up a rank and include high chakra and the fact it would use an immense amount (more as the jutsu list goes down). Plus, the last should be kinjutsu.
EDIT: Just noticed how far Fyodor got with his thing. Ignore the rank thing, but I still think you should put high chakra pool for most of them. And the last still counts as a kinjutsu (it doesn't have to hurt the user to be such, just relatively forbidden). _________________ Syra's Theme - 463
