Appearance: A young boy with pale skin, seeming to have never seen sunlight in his entire life. His hair a was black, but cut to a short spike, leaving only the bangs, which trailed to his dark blue eyes. On his body he wears his usual sattire of a red martial arts type gi and a long flowing black cape. For shoes he wears your basic traditional black sandals. Markings are found on his arms, that seem to be in the shape of summoning print (Though he doesn't even know what they are, how to use them, or even what they bring forth).
Race: Caucasion (white)
Hair: Black, short spiked with long bangs that trail to the eyes
Eyes: Dark Blue
Body: semi muscular
Ethnicity: Kaze no kuni

Strengths: Tamashii is well versed in many forms of taijutsu, he has a slightly above average chakra level, and is quite the witty one.
Weaknesses: Tamashii is not that good in the genjutsu department due to the instability of his mind genjutsu can easly take its toll on him, and has been known to have a slight issue with split personalities, his speed in the handseal department isn't so hot either, to add to all of that he can be quite lazy unmotivated

Background: Born in the land of wind, in a small hut in the middle of the desert, Tamashii was just your average psycho. Tamashii came from a family of weapon summoners that tended to summon weapons in a different manner than most people, they summoned weapons that were sealed to there body(This can be done by anyone, it is not a bloodline. This technique is simply the act of putting the symbols used on summon scrolls throughout one's body.). By the age of five a drastic even occured in Tamashii's life as a group of raiders came to his families hut in the middle of nowhere (who'd of guessed?). After a long fought battle between his family Tamashii found himself alone, standing in the entangled mess of his families body parts, and blood. Soon after he was found by his uncle who said he was away on a mission and missed the entire thing, to this day Tamashii still has second thoughts about his uncle. In an attempt to seal his hatred, sorrow, and anger he bottled up his emotions, never smiled, never cried, just became a souless shadow of a boy. As he reached the age of eight he began his studies in the ninja arts, picking up easily in the ninja arts, excelling with great grades, but not passing when he was supposed to do to his lazy streak. As it came around the time of his graduation, the fruits of burrowing his emotions seemed to come out, manefesting as a split personality, another Tamashii (This being known from psychological findings, that those who bottle their emotions will in fact find themselves with split personalities). This new Tamashii seemed to be unstable, uncontrolable, and just downright evil. After seeing many people about said problem he was labeled as cured. Or was he? Yes in fact all that they really did was just bottle up the emotions once more, meaning the second Tamashii is bound to return. Finally, Tamashii had graduated and thus his true story began.

For a new guy, you did pretty dang good! If you don't have a pic, that's fine, you're not required to have one, but it's good to have. As long your descriptive enough, your "Appearance" is fine. But, here's what I see wrong:
1. I'm not too sure if Metal Claws are Genin-level weapons.
2. And, Weapon Summoning Jutsu is an actual Summoning Jutsu, but not really on that it doesn't require Blood in order to use. It's Ten-Ten's Jutsu.
3. You can take out anything that's in "( )" because it doesn't look good that way, unless you're explaining something.
4. As far as your Strengths and Weakneeses, they look good, but on your Strengths, take out that first part "has easilly noticed strengths."
Other than that, looks pretty dang good.

Ok, it has been updated. I've read the weapon scroll thing and claws are in fact genin rank. Also, I wanted to state the fact that Ten Ten still needed to use blood in her summoning, just not all the time. The blood was required for most things bigger than a kunai. This was shown when she battled Raiga, she used blood to bring out her wooden staff.
I'm also apologise for the small want in the jutsu list. It is small due to most of the jutsu I want to learn would be considered custom jutsu, here. If you wish for me to state them I would be happy to.
