Appearance: the average 10 year old, but with a dragon shaped sceptor in his left hand, whit, in its' mouth, a orb full of red sand, as if bloody, and a dark robe that is almost skin tight, you can barely see his fully black eyes, from under his dark hood.

Hair: Jet Black, middle-long
Eyes: All balck, no white part
Body: skinny, has a full dark tan

When he was born people thought he waswierd looking, because his eyes were fully red, and throughtout his life so far, everyone stops and stares at these same eyes, he bought a semi-skintight robe, with a hood to cover his eyes. he hates to figh, but will if it involves his family, espessially if anyone mocks, or jokes about them.
He loves to play games, especially mind games. he also loves to train, he trains for 5 hours in the morning, and at dusk.

Okay... you might not like this next one... All the Canon Clans are closed... which means exploding clay, the Nara, The Hyugga, the Hyouten... so forth and so on. Sorry. There are custom clans though that you can join.

It's suppose to be 5 full lines minumum. Most people do 2 paragraphs though. And despite his antics...
Ballian is an okay Kage of the Suna. If anything, ask him what to do when making a Suna nin. I'm more suited for Konoha and Taijutsu users.
