Alright, I have a Jounin profile already, I'll just wait for Lava's permission for this one. I'm saying that Haldur's records were destroyed during the war, and thus the official count for his missions is unknown, as is his rank in Kirigakure (he'd be an unofficial Sannin in Kiri, not a widely known one, especially due to his absence.)

Yeah, but I think those were kind of changed. Nevertheless the other point still stands. Missions have nothing to do with the RP world. You can only put the ones that you completed through the system, which would be none.

Ahh, I see. I'll edit it then (In a bit).

As to the strengths/weaknesses thing, the point of the character I've been developing is that he is strong physically and mentally but weak socially and emotionally. He is sort of like a well made sword with an unwieldy user. He can do a lot of damage, but he doesn't know what to do with himself, so his combat related strengths aren't as useful as they could be. I can emphasize that more in the weaknesses. I'll edit that in later too.

Even if you get Lava-san's permission, really, there's still no Mizukage to promote you. The only way to get Sannin is by Kage permission, Haldur, you should know this.... Hence why me and Syra are fighting.

But my character can be of Sannin strength without the official title. This is mainly a strength rank up.

Anyways, about the Sannin title. In the manga the title wasn't awarded by any person, it was just a general name for the three strongest shinobi of Konohagakure. The weren't designated as the Sannin, they just eventually became known as the Sannin. Really, they're just S-Class ninja.

Haldur will recieve the Sannin rank as it was promised to him before but taken away due to complications beyond his control. Either way, both participants have promised him the spot anyways.

True, but they're still personally picked by the Kage, and trained by them, hence why they have near-Kage strength. And, you COULD have Sannin-like strength, but that's completely different from being an actual Sannin.

I don't realistically understand the hinderance. You make it seem as if you're holding it back for fear of him becoming strong enough to claim the Mizukage spot.
