Using a single handseal and using his chakra like a magnet that attracts heat, he will then store a huge amount of heat within the contents of his shell. Storing this heat takes an extremely long amount of time, though if the area is a place such as the desert, then it takes no time at all. Once all of the needed energy is gathered, Jikota will use his chakra to turn this energy into pure Ration and release a huge blast of lightning, artistically shaped exactly like a tortoise. Jikota may only use this skill no more then 4 times.
