IC: The fire ravaged through the darkness. The screams of the clones were the chilling descriptor of what occurred within the fire. As loud as the scorching flames sounded the explosion of water as the clones burst managed to be audible. afterwards all that could be heard was the crackling from the spitting fire. Moments later when the pure black was lifted the scene was left stark and to some's amazement. Nothing was left in the fire; nothing except the empty space held previously by the clones. As quickly as Katsuga had struck it seemed Syra was just that much quicker.
As time passed on the landscape became silent save for the soft lapping of the waves and the whistling of the breeze in Katsuga's ears. Syra watched through foggy and warped glass his obvious confusion. She was glad that she dealt such a blow but knew that she would have to still create a strategy. She was vastly powered within the ocean surface he posed a dangerous threat nontheless. A new strategy quickly came to mind to counter-attack his strong bloodline ability. She based it on logic that determined the weakness of the slow-motion sight. Far from his prying eyes Syra was able to perform the necessary jutsu. Her hands swiftly cut through the muddled atmosphere to create several jutsu. She finished once his darkness jutsu on the beach ended. She kept holding her breath, waiting for him to find him.

Description: This jutsu is similar to the water wall jutsu, except the shield formed can only extend about two feet away from the source in any direction. It can stop most frontal attacks and is especially good at defending against fire jutsus. The user would probably carry a water source on his/her arm (Such as a canteen).

Requirements: Good control of water element
Description: This technique uses pre-existing water in the area to create weights on a person’s arms and legs. The water gathers around the target's arms and legs in a sort of small and dense cylinder. It is almost like a smaller and less powerful version of the water prison technique. This can be used to slow down an enemy's movements, but can be a double edged sword, as the added weight will make their blows more powerful. The water can be gathered from a standing source, or can be condensed from a mist or fog. These weights are also useful for strength training.

I say this because the Sharingan, even at Level Two, allows me to determine a Clone from a real person. ^_^
IC: Katsuga smirks some, then watches as his Darkness ability disapates, only for the smirk to slowly fade away as he sees nothing left, not even the ashes, or even BONES, for that matter from Syra. Kinda angered at this, but still keeping a cool head, he calmly looks around the area very carefully, knowing that Syra's out there somewhere, but where at exactly is a complete mystery to him. Seeing that he's nowhere to be found, Katsuga sheathes his Kodachis, then slowly starts walking around the area, but keeping his senses on high alert, and his Sharingan Eyes still activated at their Level Three form, but also trying to get used to the area, seeing that he's never been on this side of Kirigakure no Sato before. He goes over to the water's edge, knowing that she's probably out there just waiting for him in the thick Mist, but, little does Syra know, that Katsuga can actually see through the Mist a lot better than even some of those who live in Kirigakure with his Sharingan Eyes because of all the training he's been doing in the Mist, knowing that it's a huge advantage that he has over her. Even through that though, Katsuga just looks like he doesn't know where Syra's at, but will know once, and when, she performs a Jutsu, which he's fairly certain that she will sometime soon, if she hasn't already. Knowing that he wouldn't be able to see her handsigns, if she's already done one, he won't know what she's doing until it gets right up on him, but, he's not going to let that stop him as he continues to scan the area very carefully, waiting patiently to see what'll happen next.
Having not seen Srya for a little while, Katsuga steps just a little bit closer to the edge of the water, making sure not to touch the water itself, not knowing what she has in stored for him. After just taking those few steps, he looks deeper into the Mist, then sees the outline of a body underwater, then smirks some, as he knows it's Syra. Chuckling some, and knowing what kind of Jutsu to use against her this time, and knowing that there's almost no way that she'll be able to get away from it, he performs many handsigns with great speed, nailing each one with pinpoint accuracy, channeling some of his Chakra into each of the handsigns, then ends on the "Tori" (Bird) Handsign, then channels more of his Chakra at the point right where Syra's at, underneath her to be more exact, knowing that she's going to be in for a very big suprise, and he knows that she doesn't know that he has this great Jutsu in his arsenal.

IC: Syra waited patiently, letting out soft bubbles from her mouth every few moments. She was a skilled underwater fighter and could hold her breath with streneous activity for several minutes. She knew that Katsuga would not have had similar training and would easily falter on the water whereas she would excel. However it never occurred to her that he might have Suiton jutsu as well.
She kept her eyes open, staring past the glass surface out towards the beach. She spotted a figure. It was undoubtedly him although she could not tell by sight since most definitive features and colours fade away past the depths of the water. It was obvious he had spotted her; she had not made it particularly difficult to be seen. She watched him stand there for a few moments before she began to wonder what he was doing. He was not attempting to dive after her, for that would be foolish but he had not even taken his first step onto the ocean. It was only a moment too late before she realized what he was doing. His hands were indistinct but it was obvious he was performing a jutsu. He must know that all Katon jutsu would have no affect on her considering her depth. She concluded he was using a non-element jutsu that would blast her out of the water.
Her hands disappeared into a whirlwind of activity. Although equally as fast as Katsuga, she was at a slight disadvantage with the speed she could hold within the watery depths. She finished only a few seconds afterwards but was a devasting moment. The water exploded all around her. She was thrown around like a rag doll and spit high above the water. The dragon came even higher, blasting her back down into the water. She released her jutsu only in time before it fully clasped her in its grasp. She disappeared from sight, deeper into the invisible depths.
She took a moment to slow her heartbeat. The attack was powerful and she knew he could perform it again. She could go closer to land and attempt to push him into the ocean but the risk was too high. As she contemplated her options she slowly resurfaced. Around fifty feet out her head popped out of the water and served as a beacon for his next attack. Syra needed to act quickly. She wiped aside the hair which had strung to her eyes so that the next attack would be seen before felt.
She knew one technique that would through him off balance and hopefully force him onto the water. She was sure he had never seen it being used considering she herself had created it. Each of her hands began moving independently, each drawing a symbol slowly underneath the surface. Chakra was burning in her hands which made the lines drawn visible to her eyes like a reddish burn in the air. She finished and the both the jutsu were complete. Underneath Katsuga's feet he could feel a soft rumbling like a weak earthquake. It stopped just as abruptly as it started. The water that barely touched his feet drew higher, the tide splashing high enough to wet his ankles. She smiled softly although it would not be visible at their distance apart. Her fingers, barely audible to Katsuga, snapped.
The ground beneath crumbled at his feet. The pit dropped downwards twenty feet and upwards three. The new hole was large enough to fit five large men and the darkness within it resembled what the blade of his created. At the bottom of the newly-made well water had seeped in from the low water table. It encompassed a few inches off the ground. As a few seconds passed since the creation of the hole the water exploded. In a cylindrical fashion it shot upwards, encompassing the whole well and another fifteen feet on top of that. The pressure of the torrent was massive and released whatever was caught into it far foward. It was specially angled to shoot outwards towards the ocean. It died down just as quickly as it had burst but the damage the techniques had inflicted was done. _________________
Zacara yawned as he walked through the area, his orders were to stay in kiri for a few more days to keep an eye out for suspicious bandit activities. the downside to this was that he himself couldn't actually go looking for them or else he would draw too much attention to himself. as he walked, he caught a large splash of water out of the corner of his eye, quickly followed by its sound.
As if he was just trying to find something to do, the ANBU turned and began walking toward where he had seen the water. with in a few minutes, he had come to a clearing that opened up into a beach and at the far end, he could see a figure standing at the water's edge. he couldn't make out who the person was, but it was clear that he was in the middle of a fight. with out making a sound, Zacara dissappeared only to reappear in a tree that was slightly closer.
Now that he was closer, he identified the shinobi as Katsuga, but his opponent was not yet visable to him. He yawned again and sat down on a tree branch, resting his back up against the trunk. _________________

IC: Katsuga chuckles, then laughs some as he sees his Water Dragon tear into Syra like she wasn't even there, then he quickly subsides his laughter as he knows that it'll take a lot more than that to take her down, but knows that he has her undivided attention on a major scale. He was pretty certain that she knew that he didn't have any other Jutsus in his arsenal, other than the few that he's shown her, primarilly his two of three Katon Jutsus that he's shown her. Still using the power of his Sharingan Eyes at their Level Three form, Katsuga continues to look out where Syra's at, having an idea where she's at, considering where she landed at after his Dragon hit her, then, he felt something....the rumbling of the ground underneath him, even for a second, which tells him that she's up to no good, so he instantly jumps backwards with great speed and power, trying his best to get out of the way of whatever she has up her sleeves. As soon as he lands on the ground, far enough away from the water line, he can't see Syra anymore, which is both a good and bad thing at this moment. It's a good thing because there's a very high chance that Syra can't see him, therefore can't use any real Jutsus against him, but it's bad at the same time because he can't see her, which means that he won't know when she's using a Jutsu until it's maybe too late. Getting a little irritated, he shouts out to her loud enough to him.
Syra! Come out and fight like a true Shinobi! I know why you're not coming out from the water, and it's because you know that you have more of an advantage over me there! I'll tell you one weakness that I have! That Water Dragon you just experienced? It's my only true Suiton Jutsu! Now, you going to come out, or am I going to have to hit you again with it?!
Calming down more, Katsuga awaits for her answer, and he swears up and down that he caught a glimpse of her just before he leapt away from the small shock, roughly fifty feet away from where he was at, which he kicks himself for not taking that opportunity to attack her, but knew that, if he stayed in that spot, that something bad may have happened to him, and he doesn't want that. IC: Syra cursed at herself for using the pit first. It was obvious that he would not have mistaken the rumbling for a coincidence. Although She could not make it out perfectly she could tell that he had dodged the attack and had made his way back up the beach, towards the sparse bright green trees that hung at the edge of the white sand.
She looked grimly towards the sun. The sun was past the edge of the skyline; it was getting far into the afternoon. She needed to end this now; no complicated strategies, no wait for the strike and counter-attack. It was time to unleash the demon within.
She climbed onto the chilled water. Drops came off her like a torrent as she walked quickly towards the beach. She began to walk on top of the water, making a straight line for Katsuga. Her eyes stared blankly outwards into the forest. Within she was releasing the Seals slowly as to not alert Katsuga of a sudden chakra change. She held back Shisazu as he tried to break free. It was a lose chain and it was held with the utmost caution. A single mistake and she could cross the line; lose everything to Shisazu and allow him to take over her entire body.
She came right up to Katsuga and said in a strange, deep voice: " You can't win now. Face defeat as you humans should!" The Fifth Seal was released and the blood exploded out of the skin. The self-inflicted wounds oozed blood in perfect manipulation. She released a spray of dark red mist from her body. It covered the beach quickly and blocked all sight from Katsuga. The mist was much thicker than ever; it may have been then that he realized the two combatents were fighting within Syra's own blood.
An oddly shaped claw slashed at Katsuga from the thick mist. To the other side came a reinforced punch. The blood which strengthened these attacks ran down from her wrist which had exploded outwards at the beginning of the fight. Although Syra was a few feet in front of him her appearance was still murky. She had forced a vast amount of blood into this mist to keep him from getting on balance again.

The amount of blood and chakra is dependant on the size of the area, but in general terms a half a pint of blood takes up a cubic metre. The blood is thicker than mist, shortening visibility and slowing down anyone in it. The ninja can see and move averagely, since they can move the blood as necessary. The blood also can be used as a base for other blood jutsus.

Description: This jutsu allows Syra to push blood out through her pores, and have them harden on the outside. This creates armour that can be continuously molded by outputting more blood. Weapons can also be created with this, however there must be a substantial amount of blood attached to the skin to keep the weapon. Projectiles can be thrown off the body, but unlike the armour can't be reclaimed. This jutsu is extremely dangerous with the amount of blood being used. Not much chakra is needed if the user has good chakra control. Prolonged use has few side effects, but high usage can result in unconciousness, paralyzation, and death.
Zacara grinned at Katsuga's outburst. well, at least now i know who he is fighting, heh, he'll have one hell of a fight on his hands. hmm, its that girl with the blood demon.... i wonder if that guy even has a chance. well, lets just hope that he doesn't make me regret promoting him to jounin. he noticed the mist starting appear. although it reduced his vision of the battle greatly, he could still make out soft silloettes of the combatents. as he watched, he began to levetate a shurikan in the air above his hand, making it spin very rapidly. i hope that they don't end up killing each other, its a waste of good shinobi..... perhaps i'll step in if it comes to that... _________________

IC: Katsuga watches as Syra walks back up towards the beach, keeping his senses on high alert, and his Sharingan Eyes are still activated, but knows that though he can keep them on for a while longer, he knows that keeping them on for prolonged periods of time will completely drain him of his Chakra, no matter how high it is, but he hopes to end this soon. He looks into her eyes as she looks into his, not knowing exactly what she's going to do, but knows that it's not going to be a good thing considering how she's been fighting thus far. As he looks at her with his Sharingan Eyes, he doesn't notice anything big at the start, but he does know that, slowly but surely, that her Chakra's slowly rising, so he takes just a couple steps back slowly, but not taking his eyes off of her, knowing that something is seriously not wrong with her, then gets a little frightened as he hears the sound of her voice.... Not normal at all.... He looks at the strange Mist covers the area, not knowing anything about it at all, and sees that even he's having a hard time trying to see through it with his Sharingan Eyes, which is NOT a good thing for him as that's what he's been relying on mostly in the fight, but he still keeps it kinda cool...for right now.
*to himself* Ok, something's SERIOUSLY not right now... That's not her normal voice... And what's up with his strange Mist... It's almost like... *outloud softly* Blood....
Katsuga looks all around him, seeing that it's completely no use in trying to see through the Blood Mist, so, for right now, he deactivates his Sharingan Eyes to save up some of his Chakra, knowing that it's going to give him a huge disadvantage for not being able to see her Chakra flow, movements slower, and such, but, seeing that he can't even really see right now, he sees no point in wasting his Bloodline's Chakra for it, but he then tunes in his hearing, listening for her footsteps very carefully so he doesn't get caught off-guard. Knowing the area kinda good enough, he immediately darts towards his left, aiming towards where the trees are, knowing that he'll probably have a better advantage in there that out on the beach, but he stops instantly as he hears a "whooshing" sound, so he immediately stops, then just barely sees the outline of something coming towards him, and it's not something that he thinks he'll like so he immediately jumps to his right. Right after that, his shirt's just scratched at by a claw-like weapon, and he doesn't think that Syra unsheathed that, as it looked more like a part of HER herself! Seeing that, and knowing that it's not a good sign at all, he was about to do something else, when he's knocked square in his jawline, which sends him in a spiral towards the ground.

Katsuga immediately gets up from the ground as fast as he possibly could, then instantly performs a Ram handsign, then uses Shunshin no Jutsu, using Syra's Blood Mist, heading towards the forest not too far from where they're at, then instantly lands right at the edge of the forest, holding his jaw with his right hand, then leaps into the woods, hiding behind one of the trees, knowing that he'll possibly have a better advantage in the forest than on the beach, but it'll limit him to not being able to use his Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Dragon Projectile Technique, but he's really saving that for an emergency, if he has the Chakra do it with. He awaits Syra to come after him, hoping that she does as he reaches into his right back pouch with his right hand, and into his left back pouch with his left hand, then pulls out three Small Windmill Shurikens with in his right hand, and three strands of Chakra Wire in his left hand.
