i am thinking of the taka or the itichi but for what u requested and the genjutsu friend of my enamy here it is right off of the site:

well if you want the taka you would have to join konoha (which is open now mods) but if you want to stay in oto and use genjutsu/ninjutsu I would pick the mai clan (laughing demon of hell)

Not as long as she has some history why she isn't in Konoha such as her parents moving.  My RPC has a Kirigakure Bloodline but is a shinobi of Suna

no kaeor we had a problem with that a long time. a clan is limited to its home village unless its a unspecifed or one from a village that doesnt exist such as the arashikage that haldur made.

No, its there in genjutsu. Just go to basic Jutsu(s) and then go to Genjutsu and press CRTL+F and type in friend. You will find it.
