Minato was concentrating, while looking at the kid, he was doing pretty well, for a genin that is. He seemed special, in a sense atleast. Thinking centralizing was quite easy, he could remember when he was just a genin. He could remember the days while he was training out in the cold relenlessly to become a higher rank, he wanted to become the best he could be. it was an amzing sight. When he was young though, watching this kid reminded him of it. He was still centralizing his techinque. It was almost coming into flavor.

OOC: Got called into work, I'll be back in about 5 hours. Sorry

IC: Eisei slowly opened his eyes while trying to keep his chakra centralized. It seemed like some extreme form of multitasking getting all of it to flow and stay in a certain area with losing some control. Again he felt it try to disperse about his body to it's natural flow, but he retained it and kept it in line. He let out a small sigh and closed his eyes again. He placed all focus at his center as he waited for some sort of revelation.

He honestly felt all of the academy training was easy; it may have been because he was older. He was mature and much more willing to adapt and conform to different situations than he would when he was a child. His thoughts began to wonder as did his chakra, forcing him to return his mind to the task at hand. He gathered his wits about him and began to center his chakra again before opening his eyes to look at Echizen."What might the next step be sensei?" He spoke keeping as much focus on both task as he could.

He was concentrating looking at the kid, he was doing quite well, for a genin. He could feel the surge coming from the jutsu, it was as if the chakra was so centralized in him he would have to do the jutsu now, but this one required alot of attention. As he heard the genin speak, his mind was racing, this kid finished this quickly he was quite something. He would do well as a tool, his tool that is. He looked at him almost smiling, The next step eh. Well lets see if you centralized so quickly the next step is to let it reach towards your arms, if you can reach it, then we shall begin the real jutsu. He said ever so softly as he could, someone might be watching them.

'In both arms?Eisei thought as he moved his arms in front of him. Slowly he began to move his chakra to his hands and tried to centralized it. Though it seemed to be harder this time. He had two places he was trying to 'center'. He could feel the unbalance in one arm compared to the chakra in the other. There was no even distribution. He closed his eyes hard again and could feel a bead of sweat trickle down his cheek.

'Focus, it'll take concentration and control. I have both of those, I can do this.' Eisei opened his eyes to take a look at Echizen, this time knowing closing them would be a step backwards from what he wanted. He began to try to blanace the chakra, avoiding the slightest difference. Slowly it shifted from one side of his body to another as he tried to find the right balance. Slowly, the difference on both sides became small. Small enough for him to let out a breath and start to try to centralize it.

This kid, was doing fine more than fine actually. He moved ever so slightly looking at his position. He was still centralizing his chakra, but it was time that he moved on from that. He could make it easily but he still had to concentrate even for him this was going to be harder than expected. He would not show it though, cold hearted as ever he looked upon the kid, something just something about him. Just like that Bakara trap master was he. While thinking centralizing his chakra to be used all out.

Eisei regained his composure after a small bit then started the process of centralizing his chakra. In both arms he started slowly, letting it swirl a bit but in a central position. He remained quiet as he did so, trying to keep as much focus on the task as he could. Though he could feel his concentration slipping, the chakra he worked to balance in both arms was starting to seep away. Quickly he began to focus harder. The chakra returned in to his arms and started to economize with the rest. Though he was slowly coming to his goal he wasn't sure if he could keep up the concentration. It was becoming harder as he centralize more. Almost painful from a bit of strain. Though it was hurting he continued to push himself only thinking '40%...41%...43%'
