Eisei, as he liked to be called, walked down the quiet village of sound. It seemed a bit ironic that a place with the name of sound could actually be silent enough for a person to drop a pin and hear it. Even his foot steps didn't make a sound. The tools in the pouch behind him remained silent, as did his two blades. He simply walked down the streets looking about wondering if he should try take on a C rank mission alone. 'I had to become a ninja didn't I? He thought as he continued to walk. His mind began to think about all the reticule he would receive for being a 17 year old genin. "Gah!" He yelled out before coming to a stop, maybe begin a genin was going to be slow torture to him.

Minato was just passing by, when he saw this Shinobi, he himself was not that shabby. But he looked like he was in deep thought, as he walked. Minato moved swiftly following him, made no sudden moves. He was leaping like a small squirrel , pacing himself he went behind this genin, or so called shinobi for that matter. He did not know shinobi after the age of 12 were still being trained. He took out one of the demon swords, moving closer along the line, like a swift cheetah, but soft as a leaf going towards the ground. He took his demon blade, and scatched the back of the young shinobi. What you be here for, I have never seen thee. Amongst the sound, a genin who at the age of 15-17 still can not become a chunin. Your life is wasted, tell me who you are. Or you shant be spared.

Eisei continued to walk, nearly and almost completely unaware of his surroundings until he felt a sharp pain across his back, cutting though his jacket, bandages, and skin. Quickly he rolled forward at an sideways angle. As he did he unsheathed his two blades behind him and looked up at the ninja whom cut though him. Crouching down on one knee he looked the obvious superior ninja in the eyes as he slowly stood to his feet, continuing to hold his blades outwards, obviously a practicer of nitoryu. "My name is Er" Eisei began at first out of fear, but his prideful nature rose, and he had to give his new name. "My name is Eisei, I'm here because this is my home. As for my being a older ninja... I've only recently decided to take up the lifestyle."

Ah, a fool are you now. Minato said, swiftly putting away his weapon. This kid, he reminded him of someone; someone he loved to care about. Even with his heartlessness. So he looked at this shinobi, older than him younger in rank. He was almost obligated to help. He was not the type to usually offer help, so he was in thought if he should really help him. He might even turn out fine, if he trained him. He would be a chunin soon, so he needed to teach him all he knew. He looked once again at this child name Eisei. He was quite afraid, although only a scratch. Be not afraid of me child, be afraid of what comes before you. I am a Jonin of Otogakure, my name is Minato; or to you laddie, Sensei Echizen. He started walking away slowly waiting for the young genin to stop him, or to either follow him.

'Fool' Eisei thought to himself as he watched the ninja put away his blade. Slowly, Eisei didn't the same with his two weapons. He stood up tall and looked on as the other ninja, and twitched a bit as he was called a child. "I may be young, but I am not a child...Echizen Sensei..." He said reluctantly, always he knew his place when ever he needed to stay in it. Slowly he started to follow this would be teacher, knowing that it would only cause him more trouble in the long run than he wanted. "Echizen... if you are going to be my teacher, please don't bother to hold back, give me all you believe I can take"

All you can take huh, stop here then. Lets learn a jutsu. I will be helping you train that jutsu. It seems that there is more I can do than you. Therefore lower in rank lower in age, remember that young one you are a child in shinobi basics. I shall teach you a technique, but remember a technique is only as good as the Shinobi who does it. He looked at him with anticipation to which Jutsu he would chose, over the vast amounts of jutsu from before hand. Moving around him he was thinking of doing a little bit of training himself.

That jutsu, kid let me tell you something it can not be learned through anyone else but you. You yourself must show that you are ready, and you will attain it. Konoha Senpuu is a great move, but dubb it Oto Sepuu it just sounds nice. I might as well help you with that one, Although I do prefer Ninjutsu I can be of help. I will be training myself with you, do not worry it is nothing that you should be concerned about right now. The first thing you have to do is centralize your chakra. I will be watching but this must be done alone.

"Right..." Eisei spoke as he closed his eyes. Though he wasn't entirely sure if he could trust everyone, in Otokagure, he felt like he some what could trust Echizen. Without any hesitation he began to imagine and feel how his chakra was flowing though his body. And thought exactly how he was supposed to centralized. Of course preforming a jutsu wasn't as easy as reading one. He slowly started to try to center his chakra to the center of his body. The flow began to redirect, slowly, but surely. It circled circled about and began to build up in a flow about his chest. He began to focus the swirl about the center, though his chakra control was excellent, he was having a bit of trouble getting used to the feeling.
