" Then just go out to the edge of the forest and quietly enter. The place is filled with them, you should be able to get enough for us. Since you aren't the only one helping we should be fine no matter how many you get, just do your best. Your pay is waiting when you return." Shu nodded as he accepted a burlap sack from the butcher. "Thank you, sir. I'll be back as soon as I can." Then he turned around and started running towards the village exit. He arrived fairly quickly and walked up to the village gate, being run by the same two Jounin who saw him return after 4 years. " Hey its the desert boy! Whats up little man?" Shu nodded at the two, before he handed them a scroll holding the details of his mission." Cool cool, go ahead. Just follow whatever directions the requester gave you. Shu nodded and walked to the are where the gates opened. For the first time, he himself opened up the scroll. Shit....Lupo, looks like we got to wait for someone. Lupo let out a chuckle as Shu started to wait for the arrival of his team mate.

I'll be more then happy to join someone on a mission. Though for this kind of mission, i might not be so adept at. Other then make a smoke screen and help set up some good locations, I won't be much use. Arekkusu smiled as the requester nodded. The genin walked off and followed along the long roads to the large gates where he was met by the two gate guards.

"First mission?" The guard asked.

"Sure is. See you guys later." Arekkusu said as he adjusted his fan and handed them the scroll. He sighed as he walked forward and noticed Shu. "I guess me and you will be teaming together then. We should call ourselves Team Sand Wolves." Arekkusu smiled.

Shu looked at the genin who had stopped him before. Could be worse Lupo, at least we know he can stop us if we go too far. I agree, he seems to be a good choice for one of our teammates. I believe now is when you should say something. "Huh?...oh...Uhhh hi again. Fine by me, you think you can make the distance? I'm going to set a fast pace as the requester said the Autumn hunt is nearing. If your ready then lets go." Shu looked down at the open scroll one more time memorizing enough of the map to get started. He looked up at Arekkusu, then turned toward the direction they needed to go. Without a second though he leapt through the air landing on a sand dune. Then he jumped from it to the next one. He continued on in this manner as his choice of travel.

Ack, wait up! I'm not as fast as you! I'm suppose to be your medic-nin! If I die that would be a bad thing! Remember! Plus you're not fully healed! Gah... I always happene to be the one who slows someone else down. Oh well, I better get moving. Or else I'll get left behind. Arekkusu sighed as he ran forward with his large fan hitting him on his back as he tried to catch up to Shu.

The sun in the desert was unforgiving as the two traveled, Arekkusu no more then 3 paces behind Shu. The two traveled as much as they could for the day as the sun came down on them

"We should rest now so that tomorrow when we arrive at the forest, we'll have enough energy to catch the deer. That and your still a bit weakened." Arekkusu said as the two ran with the starry sky above them.

Shu nodded back towards his partner. With a big motion he slammed down on the next sand dune. His impact left a crater on the side of the dune built into the dune. He looked it over once before settling down inside it. "Ok, if you need some rest here should be fine. On the way over here I noticed the wind was coming at us. This dune should keep us at least neutral in temperature until morning. What should we do for food? Wait until tomorrow, or see if we can find something around here?" Shu sniffed the area once seeing if there was anything the vultures had missed, or if something had recently died. Nothing immediately reached his nose, but there was always the chance he had missed something.

"Wait till tomorrow." Arekkusu smiled as he took a pin and put it on one of Shu's pressure points and made the younr teen pass out and go to sleep. Arekkusu yawned and set his fan as a guard for any possible gusts of wind. He laid beside it and drifted off to sleep silently. He was tired, having pushed his body hard and that was stressful. As the night passed, there were small winds but nothing serious as to wake the young gennin.

When the morning arrived, Arekkusu has awoken and yanwed loudly. He walked over to Shu and removed the needle, knowing it would wake him up. "I'm sorry about the needle thing. But if you've noticed, you'll feel that your body is much more relaxed and your energy levels are higher." Arekkusu said as he walked off. "The forest is another 3 hours off." He said as he took a running start.

Shu twitched then sat up. He coughed then looked around. "What the hell! Don't do that! What if we got attacked! We are going to Konoha, they might be moving to attack us." Shu held a scowl towards Arekkusu. Calm down Shu, he probably knows best. Knows best!?!? What are you saying Lupo just because he has some medical training, he can just knock me out whenever he feels like it? He can just randomly perform anything on me he likes? Lupo was silent as Shu watched Arekkusu run off. Without another word between them he set off at a faster pace than his partner. In time, he passed Arekkusu and continued on ahead of him.

After a much rocky start and seemingly bad blood middle, the two made it to the forests on the border of Konoha. "At least we don't have to worry about attack. Konoha and Suna are still in peaceful terms." Arekkusu said as he began to walk around and try to pick strategic spots for them to hunt. "Since me and you can't really use Kinobori, we'll have to climb trees and find the deer. I'll tell you this though. You have a tanto. Use it to cut their legs, just above their extended joint on their bodies. It'll keep them from moving. One you've done that, i'll come along and knock them out."

Shu held a scowl on his face at the prissy action suggested. Lupo can you believe this guy? He doesn't want the hunt apparently. Oh well, I'll just get away from him, and enjoy the hunt in its true form. ........ Shu pulled the tanto out from its place behind his pack. He gripped it tightly in his left hand as he prepared himself for the hunt. "Fusion, Lupo lets go." Their spirits molded together and Shu hunched over. He let out a howl, to paralyze the deers with the fear of his presence. Shu felt the intense feeling of the predator and began his way onto the hunt. He completely forgot about Arekkusu, and instead sniffed the area, beginning to mark the deers. One was still near, having been frozen in fear. Shu melded into the shrubbery in the hunt of his first target. The deer stood completely still with its ears up completely and its eyes scanning the area. Without it noticing sand fell onto the ground behind it. "Suna Shunsin no Jutsu." Shu had reappeared behind the deer and made a wide arc slicing off the head of the deer. Immediately after he grabbed dirt off the ground and moved it into the wound to staunch it. Blood stopping coming out and the wound temporarily stopped flowing. Shu held a big smile on his face, as he hoped he would get to eat one of these when he got home.

Arekkusu watched as Shu began the hunt and almost instantly had a bad feeling. Something tell me that this won't end well or that if does end, it's going to be one hell of a messy affair. Maybe I should go down there and handle it myself. Arekkusu thought a moment as he saw the site which bothered him the most. He saw Shu cut the deers head off clean. Something inside him began to rage almost instantly. He jumped down to the ground smashing his fan into the floor as to scare off all the deer in the immediate area.

"I told you maim! Not kill! What the f*** is difficult about that!? You damn untamed beast!" Arekkusu said as he picked up his fan and smashed it into the dead deer, making it no longer viable for taking.
