His hair is short, (looks like Gaara's), a normal red color. The eyes are a pale, almost luminous green.
His face is normal, neither thin nor plump, with a relatively large nose and a large-ish mouth. His hands are a bit small, but not very much. The arms are muscular, as are the legs, but not very noticeably. He has strong abs and pecs which would show if he took off his shirt.
He wears a plain, dark blue or red shirt with a medium purple vest, along with loose, dark blue jeans and light black and blue sandals. Black fingerless gloves.

Background:
He was born in the Mist Village, his mother dying giving birth to him, and his father having died on a mission a few weeks before his birth. He really raised himself, though a lot of the kinder adults in the village took care of him, buying food and clothes for him, and his father's sister caring for him until the age of four, when she died giving birth to her second child.
He was friends with the girl, the first child of his aunt and uncle, who's the same age, and was friends with her until she ran away to become a rogue ninja just a month ago. Gentai went looking for her a few days later, and he's been looking for her ever since.
That's not the only (though the main) reason he left. He also left because he felt the village was constricting him; he wanted to be out and doing what he wanted. She was his only friend, because all the other children around his age thought he was bad luck.
So he's going to look until he finds her, then travel together with her.

Background has to be longer. Konoha isn't open to new genin. Hyouten Bloodline is closed.

Well, that and so is Kirigakure, so you can't have the Bloodline anyway, even if Kiri was opened because, yes, ALL Cannon Bloodlines are now closed. Even if it wasn't, you can't be in Konohagakure beacuse there are no Bloodlines outside of their home Village. The Hyouton comes from Kirigakure, so you couldn't do that anyway. I don't believe you can use a Spiked Chain, I think that's for Chuunin and up. Strengths and Weaknesses are very well-balanced, best I've seen in a while actually. Since you can't have the Hyouton Bloodline, you'll have to take out all of the Bloodline Jutsus, but, even if it was opened, you can have 1-2 up to D-Ranked Jutsus, which means that you'd have to wait and learn the other ones anyway. As for your background, it must be at LEAST five LINES, not senteces, long.

I know the spiked chains are for genin, unless the weapons scroll was altered recently. It's the spiked chains and....something else that are for chunin. But yeah, since he can't be in Kiri anyway he can't exactly have spiked chains.
And for the bloodline jutsus, I thought we just listed them. So you put down only the ones at your rank, I guess?
For the background, there was nothing that really happened, so....but that could be solved if he's rogue...he would have become rogue for a good reason.
Also, do you have to be a certain rank and up to be rogue?
Well, since he won't fit in anywhere else, can I have him as a rogue ninja? And could he have been born in any of the villages, but then left?
