On the mission scroll, it wrote, "Mission: B-rank, Requester, Village Council- It has become apparent that few refugee's from the 3rd shinobi war are hiding in a secret base within the Wave Country. You are to report to the Wave Country, as merchant sellers using Henge no Jutsu. Once there, track down anyone who looks like they originated from the Mist and track down any clues about an evasion over Kirigakure."
It was about 30 minutes until the clock were to hit, 4 AM. At this time of night, it was very dark, though the mist was less dense outside the village. Ryunosuke was just outside the village, and awaited for his Genin team to arrive.
Though his team was young, and even though they all think that they could easily destroy Ryunosuke, it was quite the opposite. However, Ryunosuke liked that, all of his students going after his head. That, and that it seems that the 2 males of his team weren't getting along much.
As he waited, Ryunosuke sat down with his legs crossed. He remained silent for hours, and didn't get any sleep from yesterday either. However, Ryunosuke wasn't sleeping, nor tired. He was training, training his mind with deep meditation. His training stops as a thought sturs up within his mind.
"I should probably teach them some techniques while we're across Sea's. That Takeo and Drake act like they can take on any shinobi in the village, but the truth is, they can't. Takeo had made his approach toward Ryunosuke and sighed softly. The night before brought him no peace. He had slept only a few hours. The nightmares of screams and splattered blood had made him afraid to sleep. The "gift" of the extra demon power was slowly becoming a curse on his sleep. His arm twinged a bit as he looked at the meditating ninja.
"There's something about him that bothers me. It's like my excitement for blood explodes exponentially when I'm around him. It's like he makes the demon and my soul want to hear the screams in my head in reality. Normally when others come around me, they feel as if happiness is lost momentarily. When he's around me, he becomes excited. I should watch him carefully. All things in time...
Takeo cleared his throat to catch Ryunosuke's attention. _________________

When Airi approached to the place where they were to meet she saw Ryunosuke and Takeo had already came. She came closer, and as Takeo saw her stood near him.
She had been sleeping since that time she came to her oak. And was awakened with the thought she was late. Excited she nearly fell down on the ground and hurried to the tryst. During her way she composed her mind. She felt a bit excited but made herself to stay calm. She had wandered for years and got used to trust to nobody considering evrybody as her possible antagonist, and to pay attention to every detail. That's why she seemed to be calm and probably even careless.
Airi didn't let out a murmur awaiting when Ryunosuke-san payed his attention to them. _________________ It's hard to find me, easy to lose and impossible to forget.

Drake arrived on the scene, the last to join the group of three, now making it four. As his eyes wandered the area, he noticed a twitching Takeo, a meditating Ryu, and Airi standing around doing nothing. walking ever closer, his pale eyes continuing to scan the area, Drake let out a small statement, which sounded more like a growl.
"I see we have all made it...even the lesser of us." Though he looked at no one in particular, most could guy who he was directing the comment too. He was about to add to his statement, but quickly closed his mouth again, knowing that this was not the time, nor the place to start trouble with someone who would consider themselves 'an allie'. Crossing his arms, and leaning against a tree, Drake awaited for the commanding officer to lead the trio into there mission, and like most shinobi, he was excited for his first mission.

IC: Before Takeo could even clear his throat, Ryunosuke speaks, acknowledging his presence. Not just his presense but the presence of Takeo's team mates aswell. they were mere Genin, and their Stealth ninjutsu will take a year or two to catch up to Ryunosuke's.
Ryunosuke stops meditating, and responds to Takeo. "About time the entire team got here. So, shall we get going?"
Ryunosuke points west of the village. He shows that they need to go 10 miles west to West Port City. Before they go to the Wave Country, they would need to go to Fire Country and then cross the Great Naruto Bridge.
"Okay, basically, once we board onto the boat, but before we do that, we must take a disguise before hand. If you have never been outside of the village to realize, few people and fond of Kirigakure shinobi."
Ryunosuke unravels a scroll of information. On the scroll are 4 people. One is a young boy, the other is an old man, the last two are women. Forming 5 quick hand seals, Ryunosuke poofs and transforms into one of the women from the picture.
He opens his mouth to speak, however, his voice is more womanly and doesn't carry a cold feeling behind it. His voice had the type of feeling behidn it as if he were playing the role of a mother. He says, "Next, if you haven't noticed, we must use Henge no Jutsu to disguise ourselves as villagers. Once we get there, there'll be a small house where we can sleep and formulate plans with gathered information. "SO I take we have to transform into one of these people..." Takeo said as he examined the scroll a moment. He deemed it necessary to transform into the child lest he had to choose the woman. "... to go by unnoticed. Fine then."
He put his hands together and did the necessay seals. "Henge." He poofed a moment and had transfromed into the young boy. He gives an innocent smile and then nods.
"I realize that I'll do well to control this de... I mean my jutsu usage in order to go by unnoticed. But what is your estimate on arrival and how much time do we have at our disposal?" Takeo asked as his eyes fell to Drake.
"I hate him. I really hate him. I hope he dies on this mission." Takeo gave him a fake smile. _________________

IC: Ryunosuke in his woman form, looked at Takeo. Ryunosuke's transformation made him look like the regular house wife, which was good for their operation. Ryunosuke smiled, though it seemed like a Fake smile, it was actually a real smile. A tracker shinobi knows how to hide their emotions completely. And can use them whenever they wanted. It was a great ability Ryunosuke learned.
"What was it that you said young one?" he said to Takeo. "Oh well, it should take about 2 and a half days to get to the Wave Country. That is, if we are not discovered or attacked on our way over there."
OOC: Just making a small post to move things along. IC: After Takeo did transformation Airi looked at the scroll hesitating for a moment. She did Henge-no seals and transfromed in a friendly small woman who looked as an ordinary country woman.
This role was quite strange for her. Her character was far from feminish and she got used to act like a men. However, she remembered her life in her father's castle and had perfect manners. But anyway she can act any role well.
She smiled, smiled for the first time since that terrible night when ninja attacked her father's castle. She hadn't been excited any more and felt happy. _________________ It's hard to find me, easy to lose and impossible to forget.

IC: "If it will take that much time and seeing as we must use Henge, I take it training is out of the question? Because if it is, it would ne a waste for lesser members of the team. However whatever you feel will allow us to go by and complete this mission undetected and proficiently will be good enough for me to abide by." Takeo said uncaringly.
The twinge in his arm seemed to increase a bit he managed to relax it as best he could for not. He didn't want Ryunosuke or anyone to know about the sealed lesser demon in his arm. He felt like a tool enough already. He wouldn't be used again. _________________

IC: Airi looked at Takeo suprized. It was strange for her to ask about this right now. There's no return now though they haven't walked out of the village.
Though she had been already thinking about this. She couldn’t make out if Ryunosuke-san would teach them. Indeed, he didn’t seem to do that. “Are those basic jutsus we three know enough? The mission can’t be so easy. He might need us only as satellites and a cannon fodder. Probably.”
She looked at Ryunosuke. He was smiling and still kept silence. He looked calm and self-confident, and Airi he felt he didn’t intend to tell them something important. “Well… He must consider us too self-assured and overbold. Okay, let’s see.” – she was waiting for Ryunosuke's answer. _________________ It's hard to find me, easy to lose and impossible to forget.
