If you're trying to make him like Shipou from Inuyasha, then Ninjutsu and Genjutsu would be his strongest Battle Styles. And then, I would but that he's fast at running away and long ranged combat, Genjutsu is powerful or something like that. And for weaknesses, Physical attack power is severely weak, Low chakra pool or somethign like that.
Though, to tell the truth, this template looks good enough to accepting. Anyone else got a problem with it? No?

Well if he can't use genjutsu there no need for it to be strong. And yes he was a Shipou ripoff lol.
