Okay here is my first attempt at making an RPC. I would first like to say that there are some things in the bio that are about my bloodline/clan I have been working on since I first signed up. I was going to have one of the other members post the Bloodline for me since I don’t make the requirements, but that would be dishonest as well as prevent me from being able to edit it. Well here is by first RPC:

Name: Kodo Raptor

Appearance: Kodo is about 5’3" and has red hair that resembles feathers on a bird’s wing. Solid green eyes, a trait of the Raptor clan. On his face is two marks that curve through each eye made by red face paint. This distinguishes him as a fire element ninja within his clan. A tattoo of his Nin-bird in flight can be found on his back. He has a mask in the shape of a falcons beak over his nose, mouth and chin. Kodo’s outfit is tan with red, black and white markings. The raptor clans outfit always resembles their Bird of prey partner.

Jutsus:
<Basic>
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] (basic: Ninjutsu){E}
The user assumes the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu.

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique] (basic: Ninjutsu){E}
This technique creates a clone of the user, but it is an illusion, not a real copy like the Shadow Clone Technique. The illusions will dissipate when they come into contact with anything. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan.

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique] (Basic: Ninjutsu) {E}
Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Kinobori [Tree Climbing] (Basic: Taijutsu){C: 6 posts with teacher Tamotsu-sensei}
The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking] (Basic: Nin) {C: 9 posts without a teacher}
The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Renge [Lotus] (Taijutsu) {C: 9 posts without a teacher}
Renge, a series of high-speed hand-to-hand combat moves. Because of its high speed and power it requires a lot of stamina and it strains the muscles. Should be used with caution.

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique] (Nin) {C: 9 posts without a teacher}
The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.

Tsutenkyaku [Painful Sky Leg] (Tai) {C: 6 posts without a teacher}
This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user (if gifted with an amazing amount of strength) uses their power to create an earthquake like effect and massive destruction to the surrounding area.

Katon: nenshouken [Fire style: Burning fist] (Tai/Nin) {B: 9 posts without a teacher}
A Taijutsu created by Kodo Raptor It gives greater strength to his Taijutsu by adding his fire element into the mix. A Trigram appears on the ground with the Katon symbol in the center after the ninja holds the Tiger hand sign. The ninja’s own chakra surges from their body and burns like fire around them. The ninja will then attack in the same manner as the original Taijutsu. This jutsu gives the added effect of causing burns to an area touched by the chakra released. The chakra release will quickly causes strain on the body as time passes so extended use should be limited.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique] (Nin/Kin) {A: 8 points to learn}
Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Mouchougan lv1 [Raptor eye] (Do) {D: 3 posts without a teacher}
This is the Dojutsu of the Raptor clan. It allows the user and their Bird of prey partner to use each others eyes. The clan’s eye color is normally solid green. When this level of the Dojutsu is activated a faint copy of the Partner’s eyes appears over the ninja’s. The ninja can now see through their partner’s eyes and see exactly what they are seeing. However, the ninja can’t see through their own eyes during this jutsu.

Torioite Furaito [Bird in Flight] lv1 (Nin) {D: 3 posts without a teacher}
Hand Signs: Hold Bird to focus chakra
This is the Kekkei Genkai of the Raptor clan. As its name suggests it allows the ninja use of their chakra to fly in a pattern similar to their bird partner. By holding the Tori hand sign the ninja releases chakra from their body and directs it downward, this creates lift. The more chakra they use the higher they will climb. Chakra must be continually used or the ninja will fall from the sky. More chakra can be use for propulsion in the same manner as lift.

Genjutsu Kai [Genjutsu Release] (Basic)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline.

Hayabusa Otoshi [Peregrine Falcon Drop]
A Taijutsu technique. The attacker grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground.

Houshou [Crushing Fist]
A taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique]
This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is a very powerful technique that most gennin are not capable of performing due to the high amount of chakra concentration it uses. The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.

Katon: Housenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique]
This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is an extremely powerful and flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user’s mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot from fast in the same direction, to slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs, to the speed they travel towards the target.

Shoushitsu [Knee Strike]
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja braces against the ground and drives a powerful knee into their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique can be devastating.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking] (Basic)
The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Suiton: Koku no Jutsu [Water Release: Black Rain Technique]
The user creates a black mist that will emit from their body and rise up toward the sky. A temporary flammable rain of oil is released upon the user's specific targeted area.

Hien [Flying Swallow]
Using chakra to extend the blades of the user’s blades, the user charges almost directly at their opponent with movements so swift it almost seems like they are flying. This usually results with a near-fatal blow across the chest to the target.

Katon: Kasumi Engo no Jutsu [Fire Release: Covering Mist Technique]
The user blows out a great amount of burnable gas. Once it comes in contact with any form of combustion force (from fire to small sparks), the gas ignites and literally creates a sea of fire.

Shishienjin [Four Violet Flames Battle Encampment]
This jutsu creates a box-like barrier around an area defined by the four users of it. Anything that touches with barrier will burst into purple flame. As long as the users of the jutsu remain active and unharmed, this barrier can never be broken.

HadouRyu Ken (Surging Dragon Fist)
This jutsu has the user put a lot of his chakra into his/her arm, primarily his/her fist, while the rest is used to protect the user from dangerous side effects. The user uses their element in the chakra to create their own unique Dragon Head that would be shown on their fist, where most of the chakra is. From there, the user rushes at the enemy with a lot of speed, and go in for an uppercut. Depending on the Element, the results will be different should it hit.
Fire: Enemy has a good chance of being burned badly, and does good damage to the enemy.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
A Ninjutsu technique known by only a few ninja. The ninja uses their chakra to create solid clones that can do damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Katon Jukutatsu [Fire Release Mastery]
By focusing your charka correctly, based on the way it flows and changes when handseals are used, one can use jutsu of their own element without handseals, though with the mental effort and concentration it does to do so causes the jutsu to be, at best, only half strength relative to the amount of charka used. This version is for those who's element is fire.
Training Time: 30 posts / 10 days

Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique]
This Katon (fire element) Ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsus of the Katon series. The ninja concentrates a very large amount of chakra in their mouth then converts it into flame that is shot as a long blaze of fire directly to the opponent. This jutsu take a large amount of chakra and should only be used as a sure thing.

Kaze no Yaiba [Wind Blade]
A ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their arm with chakra. The blade slices through almost anything and cannot be easily blocked, as it is said that "nothing can stop a blade of wind."

Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [Hiding Camouflage Technique]
This jutsu renders the user invisible to the naked eye, and can deplete their presence and smell. However, special bloodline techniques or abilities are able to detect the user performing this jutsu.

Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique
a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.

Background: Kodo is a member of the raptor clan of the Leaf village. As such he is well trained in trees and specializes in air battles. Much like the birds of prey they partner with, members of the raptor clan learn to fly at a young age or they don’t get trained as a ninja. By age 5 Kodo learned the flight Jutsu, the bloodline trait of the Raptor clan. At that time he was given his egg to incubate with his chakra. The amount of chakra and the rate it is used on the egg as well as the ninja’s element determines the type of bird that hatches

After one year of incubation, Kodo’s egg hatched into a fire Peregrine Falcon, whom he calls Airazor. Through the years both Kodo and Airazor grow as the raptors bloodline traits begin to show strong routs in Kodo. As a result his parents enlisted him in the Ninja academy at age ten.

During his time at the academy Kodo took a sharp blow to the head that landed him in the hospital for several months. During that time Kodo was in an irreversible comma. As time past Kodo's parents began to loose hope for his recovery. Two months after Kodo entered the comma his clan was sent on a mission by the Hokage. The only one to return was his Mother who was dieing of an unknown cause. Her dieing wish was that any record of the Raptor clan be sealed away if Kodo ever awoke from his deep slumber. She didn't want her son to know of his origins or the fate that befell his clan.

Her wish was granted as a Month passed and Kodo's brain activity began to improve. The Hokage gave the order to seal any and all record of the Raptor clan away. When Kodo awoke he found himself to be an orphan, yet he had no memory of ever having a family. The only one he remembers is his Nin-Bird Airazor who stayed by his side the entire time. This was pleasing to the Hokage. If Kodo remembers nothing about the raptor clan then he will have no reason to search. His Mother’s last wish was fulfilled.

Once Kodo received a clean bill of health he was returned to his studies at the academy. At first Kodo thought that he couldn’t grasp what the teachers were telling him. Yet he excelled in his studies as if he’d always known them. Two years after recovering from his coma Kodo passed the Final exams at the academy. Now thirteen years old, Kodo has graduated the academy and begun his life as a Genin

Kodo’s life as a Ninja started off kind of rough. His first day out he found a Jounin training in a field. He watched the Jounin train with a wolf nin-pet. After some introductions the Jounin accepted Kodo’s request to be his student under one condition. The fun didn’t stop there for Kodo. His first day out with his new teacher, Tamotsu-sensei, and it was a mission with two other ninja from Konohagakure. The mission was to hunt down deer so the village wouldn’t starve. Kodo’s skill on the mission was seriously lacking. Not only was he the only one of his squad to not kill a deer, but he was also separated from his group by a pair of very angry moose.

Tamotsu-sensei took pity on Kodo, for he knew that Kodo would become a great ninja one day. Even though Kodo was unable to complete the task set for him Tamotsu-sen still started Kodo off on his training. On the day following Kodo’s incident with the two moose he was to meet his sensei in the Forest of Death. It was hear that Kodo really grew as a Ninja. The Forest of Death is a great but dangerous place for a leaf ninja to learn what he is made of. Tamotsu’sens direct training of Kodo started and ended with the basic Kinobori jutsu. Wile Kodo was learning this jutsu Tamotsu-sensei left him for his own training. Kodo remained in the Forest of Death for several days wile he battled Mother Nature and learned another Jutsu; Renge [Lotus].

After Kodo’s time in the Forest of Death had ended he found himself in the Hospital once more. It was there that his Sensei came to him and took Kodo to Kiri to meet up with another Jounin by the Name of Katsuga Uchiha. It was here that Kodo not only was able to witness the power of the Level 3 sharingan but he also learned the Suimen Hokou no Gyou. Kodo also learned of Tamotsu-sen’s desire to have him join a group called the Sky Wolves. Kodo was greatly pleased with this news as it showed that Tamotsu-sensei actually trusted him…

After their business in Kiri was done Tamotsu-sensei and Kodo returned to Konoha and once again went their separate ways. The two wouldn’t meet up again until the start of the Chuunin exams. During this time Kodo had begun training hard as the Chuunin exams were getting ever closer. Kodo had enough time to learn one more Jutsu. At the Chuunin exams Kodo was pared up with two other ninja’s and sent to a mountain range in Kiri. After a short spout with the Prompter Kodo was granted the rank of Chuunin.

Now a Chuunin Kodo once again searches for his sensei Tamotsu in hopes that he will prove himself worthy of his teachings…

I don't think so on that demon. We have seals for that, but that might be later. Or at the very least it does nothing whatsoever until Chuunin.

Obviously since the chance of your bloodline being approved soon are slim to none (I do believe the clans should be closed *cough* Airknight *cough*). We will allow you to have a dormant version until such time that you can post and have it accepted. However, you would not have access to any of the bloodline limit or jutsus until that particular time.

Besides bloodline problems I see a few other I need to mention. The strengths are off the scale compared to the weaknesses. The last two, not including the question mark one, are more like personality traits rather than flaws or weaknesses. He seems extremely short for most ages, unless that somehow is part of your bloodline traits.

A bloodline like that, I would reject without looking past the first limit. As well as a character with a demon sealed within him. The bloodlines are already closed anyway.

Okay so I removed the Demon and added two different Weaknesses(At least I hope they are). I also added some height, and Dormant on the Bloodline stuff. I also added a few paragraphs explaining the Dormancy of the Bloodline in the Bio.

It isn't said here but the bloodline specializes in many birds of Prey, such is the name Raptor. They have Hawks, Eagles, P-Falcons, Owls, Vulturs, and the Phoenix. Each one is a different branch or group of the clan. Each one's ninja style is somehow different then the others.

Sench- I don't know how you guys determin if a bloodline is acepted or rejected, but wouldn't it be better to wait for someone to post it before casting judgment from just one member?

So what elts is left?

To a degree, Sench-san, that is possible. When using the 4th's Technique, "Flying Thunder God's Tech.", he is using Chakra to do so, along with his special Kunais, but still, he is using his Chakra to "fly". I see what you're saying though, but can he do something along the lines of getting "Chakra wings" of his Bird to use as a flight method?

No prob., dude. ^_^ Also, on your normal Jutsus, you need to put in "Kawarimi no Jutsu", and take out "Nawanuke no Jutsu". You can put the Rope Untying in the "Jutsus Want to Learn" section. As far as the Flying Jutsu, I can't really say anything about it. Try asking Air and/or Lava-san about that.

Don't bother. It's impossible by the laws of Naruto universe, and saying that Naruto is a DBZ rip-off is... well, that is a new one. I suggest you stop making up stupid excuses
