Normally, if you are apart of the Shirogane Clan then even an Academy Student would be able to control these puppets. However, Tetsuya stole secret documents that contained KinJutsu, in which is why he was able to learn to create and control these Puppet Walkers.

@Kaeor: Actually, I got most of these Puppets from a game, but yeah, I gave it a cool down.

@Ryumaru: Nice to see you came out of the Bat cave for once, where have you been? Also, the Fourth Hokage's jutsu, Hiraishin no Jutsu [Flying Thunder God Skill] is a skill where the Fourth would throw a special kunai in one direction, and where-ever that Kunai would hit, this space time jutsu would allow him to appear at that spot.

Ryumaru, I put that Tetsuya has a huge amount of chakra and has great control for a reason. If you ever played Uzumaki Chronicles 2, then you would understand the Puppet Walkers. And last time I checked, 10 to 30 miles, is no problem for a Jounin.

If I didn't state it already, controlling Puppet Walkers is an extremely hard task. This is why the Shirogane's probably took out the chakra strings and added more onto the seal on the back of the puppet walkers. Okay, how'd about 10-15 miles away?

My agreement was about the very long distance. But, 10-15 is still pretty far, but I like it a lot more than the other distance. Anyone else?

5 Miles is more than enough for something like this... That's 26,400 ft. Have you ever walked 5 miles? I have, and it's a long way. I think 2-5 miles is what this needs to be, and even at that distance, a Sannin, Kage or even Neji's Byakugan Post-time skip is not going to be able to locate you, but it still prevents you from being super far away and thus completely unreachable by the enemy. That's what I'm trying to prevent, this from being able to be used from so far away that the puppeteer is untouchable. Even if it is extremely difficult, there needs to be some way to counter it, or it'll be just Godmodish.

Also, Zeke, while what you say about the kunai is true, it is a special seal on the kunai that allows him to do that. If it was any kunai or object, then in theory, it would be possible to learn to use without any object, and allow the user to teleport as he wishes.

As for where I've been, just floating around the web, running my sites like normal.

Well the moderators did make a good point about the distance. Lower it closer to something like 250 meters for genin, 750 km for chuunin and 1.5 km for jounin.
