Name: Joushoukaze [Rising Wind]
Description A regally detailed katana with a pristine pearl-white blade originally forged in Village of Taira by the legendary shinobi~blacksmith known as Asuma of the Muramasa clan. A legend says that Asuma himself took the Joushoukaze once it had been finished to the tallest point of Taira Village during an extreme Ice Storm and used the chakra-embedded metal as a sort of absorbent to keep the village safe. Whether or not that is true matters not, as the fact remains the blade is alive with Ice and wind once channeled by the wielder's chakra.

Name: Retsu-Yatsumi [Cold-Respite]
Description A wakizashi, slightly smaller than the standard wakizashi, of steel with a four-starred hand guard of icy blue gemstone material. The tassel of the sword, also serving as a pommel of sorts, is a retractable bladed chain spanning twice the blade's length with chakra embedded into the material of the chain itself.

The first one kinda sounds like the Raiton weapons that Raiga and the Yodaime Hokage used, no? What lightning weapon? If you mean the Thunder Kunai, I guess you could call that a lightning weapon for Yondaime.
Also, Rin, in your profile, it says your element is Ice. I hope you know, you could use Suiton aswell. And if you want to be a special breed of Hyouton, you could use Wind, though, you probably won't have much control over it. In our Clan, we mainly use water and Ice. Alright, looks better, but you missed one little detail.
