Alright, I asked Lava about this, he told me to do it, so I'm doing it. This is for Lava to decide only, no one else.

Strengths: He can fly, has a high chakra pool and an incredible knowledge of the world and everything in it. He is also very strong and fast for his size.
Weaknesses: He doesn't like to be summoned, and won't do anything unless the person who summon's him does something worthy of respect. He's also very stubborn at times, and doesn't like to leave battle until it is done.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique]

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsus of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, the user cannot simply afford to waste it all by missing. It has to be a sure direct hit or the user will be considered a "sitting duck" while they take the time needed to recover.
Rairyu no Tatsumaki [Lightning Dragon Tornado]

Requirements: Electricity Creating Weapon
Description: Gathering electricity onto one spot, the user spins around very quickly, forming it into the likeness into a head of a dragon. Once lightning is drawn upon his body, a spinning current will occur affecting anyone or anything in the area, temporarily trapping them in a spiral-like vortex and causing great damage. This is a fairly destructive jutsu.

Description: The user creates three Kage Bunshin of themselves, which, along with a complicated sword-dancing pattern of attack, creates a powerful move to both confuse and injure an enemy. The swords are also able to extend an stretch to any length to hurt from distances.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique]

Requirement: A Large Supply Of Water
Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.
background: Ryukami is the leader of the fabled dragon summoning contract, sought by many nations. Once known as the god of the battlefield, this summon can use jutsu's very well since it has opposeable thumbs to do more complicated jutsus. He only shows himself to those who have shown the requirements he sees fit for a summoner to summon him or any of his subordinates. The current location of the scroll is with Eric Hatake and Kite Hiroshi.
Note: All the Dragons have one element. Ryukami, the current boss, can use lightning jutsu's better than most others. His elder son has earth element, and his younger son has water element, which allows them to use those elements easier than their father. The whole dragon summoning tribe has one dragon of every element known in the ninja world.
He told me it goes like this
