aye it is....Being sannin rank with Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Specialist bloodline (gaara mixed with rocklee at level 5....then the eye of a uchiha,{wouldn't be using the bloodline which i can't) i'd basicly use it to get my self out of genjutsu situations ^^ but it is allowed if i talk to Lava... _________________

You don;t start with the Sharingan, you have to activate it through some life-or death situation. Also, you need at least Kinobori [Tree Climbing] and Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking] in your Want To Learn section, as they are required for Chuunin rank.
