Welcome Back to the NRC. Please Look At the New Topic In The "Post Jutsu" Section on New Rules On That. Also review the RPG Rules Global Topic. There Are Some New Changes. Also In the Economoy Topic There is also a Section for "Neutralities". This pertains to the new RPG rules.
Airknight is now in charge of the economy system and keeping it up to date.
The new maintitle is still under construction. Please bare with me.
Also alot of forums have been changed. Please look around!

Ok i have one question. You siad if we teach a shinobi a jutsu it counts a s a jutsu, well how are we to keep track of how many missions?
