I'm posting this for my bf YuweaCurtis
I don't know if this is allowed but it's not oh well. It's a racial bloodline(s) for full bloods of the Nekojin (Cat Demons)
Caleb Umoki is of the Daikonran extended family, but being an half blood he only recieves the affinity for wind and unstable chakra.
Name: Nekojin Isan (Cat Demon Heritage)
Race: Nekojin
Name: Daikonran, Churitsu, Horitsu are the original names, but see below.
Leaders: Daikonran Miaow, Churitsu Gotnoonaru, Horitsu Shutiotootate
Description: The nekojin originated from three distinct types and anyone fullblood from the nekojin village has a bit of the main familys power. They are legended to be bijuus, but no one can confirm this. Each type had it's own unique job within the village. Those of Daikonran blood deal with the commerce and produce things that take a short amount of time but need mass production. Churitsu deal in food production, farming and running the restruants. They also make medicine. Horitsu are the law, running the government and also producing items that take perfection such as katanas. There are those that don't do their branch's job, and it's nothing that's a big deal. The only reason they do assigned job are there abilities and personality. The main leaders are each direct descendants of the clans original. Daikonran are usually easily to get along with, but are often too energetic. They don't have what you call a short attention span, but they prefer to do things that are short or exciting. Churitsu are stoic, calm and are the best at negoiation. This is because they take time to see things from all sides. They are good at caring for plant because of there patience and affinity for water. Finally Horitsu are perfectionist and have strong opions on everything. They do everything by the book, never deviating.
Description: While different for each family, all can breath under water and fly up too 5 feet high per shinobi rank. These are the specific affects this has on each family;
Daikonran: The chakra fluctuates at time being high and at others be so low it's none existant. Also early in a shinobi's career they will channel excess chakra into all jutsu, and even later it will be a problem from time to time. Fuuton Jutsu works well with them, even though their chakra is so unusual.
Churitsu: They have an large amount of chakra. They are attuned perfectly to using Suiton Justu.
Horitsu: They always channel the perfect amount of chakra into each jutsu they do. Doton Justu is the style that they innately use well.
Bloodline limits:
Wind Control- Daikonran can control the wind to a small degree. It allows them to deflect projectiles and blow people of there feet. It gets stronger the more experienced the shinobi gets.
Water Molding- Churitsu can control water to a small degree. This allows them to cause people to slip or they can shoot out streams of it (enough to cause kunai like damage). Stronger shinobi can block thing with water and hit them with waves.
Earth Shaping- Horitsu can manipulate earth. They can cause quakes and shot dust to blind foes. Of course these quakes get stronger the more experienced a shinobi gets.
Clan Jutsus
The following are fighting styles are not just limited to the clans of Nekojin, but they are the originators.
Name: Kaze Dansu [Wind Dance]
Type: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu
Rank: E
Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to wind and some sort of natural wind control.
Description: User of this jutsu use wind and taijutsu to make a special style. It adds wind pressure to strike to either project the force into a ranged attack, blow enemies away on physical blows, or add force to physical blows. They can project their attack through wind either with palm thrusts or swinging their limbs. Palm thrusts result in direct blasts, while swung limbs send a cresent of wind energy out. Being a fighting style, it's power grows with the users skill.
Name: Kaze Kaiten [Wind Rotation]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to wind and some sort of natural wind control, Kaze Dansu
Description: The user expends a combination of chakra and uses wind control to surround themselves in a small funnel. This funnel deflects incoming projectile and attackers. Whether or not they user actually spins is one them, although genin and some chuunin kinda have to do it because it may knock them down otherwise.
Name: Kaze Atsuryoku [Wind Pressure]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Kaze Dansu [Wind Dance]
Description: Utilizing your control over wind, you encapsulate an enemy in a high pressure air bubble. This crushes them momentarily, hurting the entire body. You can reverse this skill, but it won't do as much damage and blow them away. This is a quick attack, despite the complexity it take to create the wind pressure that crushes. It's usually used after an aerial attack, hopefully while the enemy is below you on the ground. Jounin or higher can target specific body parts to try and crush bones. This takes precise control and is extremely difficult to get done.
Name: Yureru Nami [Swaying Waves]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: E
Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to water and some kind of natural water control.
Description: This is an evasive style taught for purposes of dodging when opponent gets through the users water jutsu. The shinobi drifts about much like a wave, making a hypnotic suggestion that causes enemies to lose focus enough to slow their actions a little. This is only enough to dodge or last a single hit, and since it's a special type of movement it's not considered genjutsu. This also lets them dodge even without using the hypnotic movement, and helps them see openings.
Name: Suisei Maiso [Aquatic Burial]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to water and some kind of natural water control
Description: This is the choice finisher for Churitsu house. It must be done while the opponent is in the water and takes a great deal of chakra, which is normal for Suiton jutsu. It causes the water to gain weigh and build higher pressure simultaneouly, crushing all within a 30 ft radius under the user. A sannin or kage is able to ezpand the radius of this pressure. After three uses the shinobi is completely drained.
Name: Kosei no Kobushi [Fist of the Just]
Type: Taijutsu/ Ninjutsu
Rank: E
Requirements: Bloodline strongly attuned to earth and some kind of natural earth control.
Description: This style allows the user to create small portion of temporary armor and teaches them elaborate grappling manuevers. When used, this style you can turn dirt and other lose earth in armor. This is usually just arount the fist in order to hit harder, but may be used to defend limbs and portions of the body. The armor can be formed quickly, considering there's lose enough earth around. This armor is shabby and will brake in a few hits. Being law enforcement, the Horitsu added in grappling technique, because sometimes you just need to apprehend the foe. These grapples and pin are also couple with a few pressure point techniques, immoblizing then paralyzing the target. Finally, at the peak of this style is bone breaking and spine snapping skill, usable only by Jounin and higher.
Name: Megaken
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Bloodline or Bijuu strongly attuned to earth and some kind of natural earth control, precise chakra control, Kosei no Kobushi
Description: This move is created to be an opponet finisher. It builds a massive amount of chakra into the fist and some along the arm. This greatly increases the strength of that one blow, crushing bones and causing tremors. This take a large amount of chakra and it's suggested to only use two times a day, three if you most push it. Seeing this does nothing to protect the fist doing the hitting, the user normally uses the armor function of Kosei no Kobushi.
Number of Members Allowed: There are many, but only about 10 or so that leave the village at any time. _________________

You know you need 5 people to make a bloodline, right? And one of them has to be a jounin.
