okay, first off, how do you expect to obtain and drink blood in battle? even if you can manage it, it will be some insignificant 50 ml at most. I say it increases their healing ability by a lot, and yes it does. how long would it take a deep knife wound to heal on a human? two-three weeks, if they survive it. this is quite clearly an out of battle ability which allows the vampire to heal fast IF he has someone to drink the blood from. and only high-rank vampires would really have the ability to get recovered within a day or so, since the lower ranks can't drink much blood without risking turning into beasts.
then, why wouldn't they have telepathy? I'll remove the reading people's thoughts part, and heighten the requirement, but sharing thoughts between vampires and the "mental image" thing I won't. I also added the part that they must have each other in sight to use telepathy, which I meant but forgot to point out.
I didn't say that the "knowledge of blood" was meant to be drinking a few drops. a bit of blood is just that, since while people averagely have 5 liters of blood, losing at least half a liter is fatal (while it's only 10% of the total amount). a bit as in several percent and not several ml. I'll add the contact part though.
Medical techniques still have to be learned. I lowered it, but you're so negative as if I said any vampire could do them. And vampires were never supposed to be killed by sunlight. Those are cheap boulevard stories like garlic and crucifix.
Hypnotize as B rank is fair I guess. Though I never said that it couldn't be dispelled like a normal genjutsu. I mean they can be by default, and if it's not stated otherwise, then that means they can. It's also fair with the A-rank summons, though the single summon type only was supposed to balance the B-rank out (take Jiraiya - he could summon any toad, and vampires were supposed to only be able to summon one creature/group of the chosen race). Gargoyles and Golems' resistance to ninjutsu is a typo - it was six o'clock when I added them
I realize dragons don't have hands like people, but they do have paws (I mean, Itachi could use genjutsu with a move of his single finger). Also, while Blood/Ghost dragons are for King/Queen only, I don't see why Bone Dragons should be. They are just your "average" jounin-level summons with higher physical abilities instead of ninjutsu.
And turning people into vampires - of course I have to agree with people to turn them. That's like the most default of all the default things... I didn't mention it because of that.
EDIT: correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that after learning Kuchiyose, all you have to do is get your summon template approved. That puts vampires at a disadvantage then, since they also have to learn their own technique. If that's the way it is, I'll put the possibility of using unique summons as bloodline limit.
EDIT#2: also, don't be angry at me because this bloodline unites vampire's strong points and doesn't really have any of their weaknesses (which are quite ridiculous at least). it is not THAT powerful, and it was never meant to turn people into real vampires, it's a Naruverse-compatible bloodline. and, vampires or not, they can't be genjutsu, medical ninjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu masters all together. having stronger genjutsu will only benefit genjutsu users, and having stronger medical techniques will only benefit med-nin etc.

For the blood, I was thinking that you can simply carry around a few units of blood in bags with you. Clarify that it has to be fresh blood, and I will accept the huge boost in healing. Still, you can;t have it last more than an hour. That would be enough time to get a mortal wound out of the life-threatening stage but not enough to affect future battles.
Ok, the telepathy can be kept if you say they have to be within, say, fifty feet of each other. This would allow you to have a communal "sharing of thoughts" without godmodding, and you would have to be mentally focused. For knowledge of blood, you would have to drink about 100 ml at least and maintain contact. I also want proof that we only have 5 liters of blood in us.
I'm not saying ANY vampire can do them, but if you happened to use them, a King/Queen would be able to heal themselves rather well at 3x the rate. That was a bit much. And ok, for the weaknesses thing, it was only Dracula himself that was never intended to have those weaknesses.
For Hypnotize, you never truly specified that it was a Genjutsu that I recall. And I'm sorry, but all summons are A-ranked. And if you look, any summoning jutsu requires Kuchiyose no Jutsu. The contract is an auto matic jutsu after you learn Kuchiyose as long as you sign it, but it takes up a seperate jutsu slot.
Alright, dragons. Yes, they have hands, but not posable thumbs. Yes, I realize Itachi can perform Genjutsu through a single finger, but I believe that his ring gives that ability, or perhaps his sheer mastery of the art does. Still, you don't see Gamabunta using jutsus without the seals.
That jutsu you added is fine, though I shoudl say you would be able to fly and glide at half speed if only the leading edge is covered. So for offensive, fly at half speed, and defensive, no flight. Remember though, that this is by no means a perfect defense. Ok, only one last point of contention I forgot in my blood fury. You yourself will start as High Vampire, as you were just recently made a jounin, and therefore are not "exceptional" yet. Every member of the clan will have to post in Template Changes with the level of bloodline they are requesting, and why they should get it. The mods will decide who is "exceptional" and who is not. So just change that last thing and this is good to go. hm, my inability to describe things well enough is backfiring. I put down "exceptional" genin/chuunin/jounin for a lack of a better term. what I really meant is, that the average clan member will be getting the "usual level" and he might request an "exceptional" one, but I thought it would be up to the clan leader to decide.
also, there's a slight problem with Ukyo being high vampire as two (or three if Syra doesn't want to go with the background addition thing) of the clan members are only supposed to be turned into vampires in the future RP, but only Nosferatu and up can do that...
and also, I kind of planned that Saya would be getting the "exceptional" levels automatically since we decided she was a true heir of the bloodline etc. _________________

For the "exceptional" levels, you must write a 5 paragraph (5 sentences each) essay on why you deserve it, along with a 5 paragraph RP f you using the bloodline in an encounter (battle, midnight meeting, etc.) and submit it to me or another mod. essay part sucks... how am I supposed to write 5 paragraphs about why I deserve it? other than that extra part of my rank training and that I need the Nosferatu level to be a leader I don't see any reasons... well, I could come up with a lot, but just minor things which shouldn't even matter. besides, I suck at saying why I deserve things. Well, if it's members you're lacking, Sench, I wouldn't mind my Kiri character becoming a Vampire, as technically, he doesn't have a bloodline, he's just a member of the Po-Med clan... however, I would prefer it if someone came and converted me first.
