Yeah, you see, the only way to become one is to be a Vampire's child, and therefore he could not be an Ozanaru child, though he is.

no, have you read the description? the only true vampire right now is the NPC leader, but people can be turned into vampires. I would also accept her son/daughter, but that's not Ukyo's case.

EDIT: slightly edited the bloodline description, now it's more specific on how one can be made a vampire

To start with, amazing healing abilities for only a few sips of blood is a big NO. The healing rate we'll say is boosted 50% for a few ounces of blood, no matter the rank. Your "telepathy" bloodline limit is also a NO. There is animal telepathy, and it is an A-rank Kinjutsu. That notwithstanding, you can't simply read another's thoughts like a book.

I get the "knowledge of the blood" thing, but you won't be able to access the information you desire quickly, as memories are chaotic and you will need to sort through them. You will also have to maintain contact with the victim's neck while searching the thoughts.

You medical techniques increases are WAY too high. I'd say 10% for the first rank, then an additional 5% for every rank above. Even at Nosferatu and King/Queen you need serious drawback for the serious gains you make. Efficience during daylight must still be hampered. I also don't think the Genjutsu resistance should be so high, as you've got so many benefits already.

You've taken every positive aspect of every vampire ever and taken away most of the defects. Sunlight doesn't even kill these things or even injure them!

Hypnotize will be B-rank, and will only work on people of a lower rank, if at all. Genjutsu Kai will work on it if they realize it's happening. I will also not allow any B-rank summons. A-rank only. And this "summoning" will require Kuchiyose no Jutsu, just like every other summon. Why are Gargoyles and Golems resistant to Ninjutsu? I would think Taijutsu would be their resistance.

Dragons do not have posable thumbs, and so can only use Ninjutsu techniques that require no hand seals. Also, those Undead Dragons should be for King/Queen only. And put more restrictions on the lower ones.

I think I covered most of it. Also, you must obtain a person's permission to turn them into a vampire. I was sketchy about it working on people with bloodlines to start with, but if you obtain permission first, I'll allow it. Make these changes and I'll check it again. other mods, feel free to point out anything I missed.
