Are these "Split Personalities" going to give you ant type of unknown edge in battle?

LIke a Enraged Persona would give a Huge burst of chakra a Sad Persona gives you GenJutsu skill. That's just an example.

This is the same thing Sensui had on yuyu Hakusho, that's why.

Add more Strength's and Weaknesses. Real ones please.

Didnt watch that show, I'm not into anime like that. Only this one, and no it doesnt give an edge in battle, just puts his mind in a different state. Like when Anger is in control he would kill kids, and guilt wouldnt.

Alright, for this template, just remove all of Your Jutsu. You Start out with 3 Basic Jutsu, Henge, Kawarami and Bunshin. From there, you can train for the rest of your Jutsu. If you need, when I'm done KinJutsu Training, I'll teach you a few Jutsu.

Also, they weren't called the Kekke Genkai wars. It was called the "Great Shinobi War".(History)

Finally, you have to start oyut weak, no matter what. Only when you are done training you can call yourself strong.

For Strnegths, I suggest lookign at other peoples characters and then enlisting things such as "Chakra Control" or "Powerful TaiJutsu" or" Can Handle a Sword well" or something similar to that.

One more thing YOu need to list what Jutsu you would like to Train for later. And, You didn't enlist your Blodline. I Just see: "Element:water" Water Element(Suiton)

For Jutsus to learn, you must put down at least "Genjustsu Kai", "Water Walking", "Tree Climbing", "Rope Escaping", "Body Flicker", "Hidden Mist Technique", and maybe one or two E-/D-/C-Ranked Jutsus.

Dude, there's no Requirement for Jutsu's you want to learn. You could put anything you want if you qualify for it or not.

Also, it's the Shunshin no Jutsu that Yondaime(Namikaze Minato) uses the same thing as Body Flicker?

I know, but he doesn't have to learn all of those. He could learn Kirigakure no Jutsu, Kinobori and Suimen Hokou but only if he wanted.

To become a Chuunin, you must meet certain Jutsu requirements, if I recall right, they're in the Rules sections that talks about it. Now, after Chuunin, I'm really not too sure.
