I would consider being strong/weak against Genjutsu would be a mental, being, as Genjutsu applies, it's name does mean "Mind Technique".

Well, Genjutsu can be very real, and in all fairness weak against genjutsu is a fair trade for superior agility.

I suppose, but if he was only to fight other taijutsu majors, they would be at a sore disadantage since he is physically better. Well rounded weaknesses are just as important as well rounded strengths.

I added a physical weakness, 'Low Pain Tolerance', and I removed the scythe. So everything should be in order now. Since I longer have a long range weapon, everything should be balanced.
