Kat, he's only starting at Jounin cuz he's buying rank ups, and therefore he only starts with the basics, since they are the only ones that are auto-learned. I still think you should automatically get a couple with each rank up, but i don;t make the rules. I guess since it's been done before, he can have 2 D/C-ranked in addition to the basics.

really? I don't get it then. without purchasing rank-ups, I can't start at jounin; without starting at jounin, I can't have jutsus higher than C rank to start with. so how can someone possibly start with jutsus other than basics? _________________

uh... okay, here's the thing. I was wondering if I could make another RPC while one of my present ones is on hiatus (which I plan to send him on), and though Lava didn't exactly say yes, he didn't say no either, and his answer seemed more like a yes actually. So, if there's no problem with that, I'd like this RPC approved for... well, you know.
