Kiyo's clones had watched the log appear as some of their wires ripped through it. Several exploding tags had hung off of it. Using the shushin no jutsu they moved further back away to avoid the explosion, disconnecting all of their wires in the process. The real Kiyo did the same.
They had moved back away from the exploding field. There they would wait. They really couldn't hide form the Byakugan. The Hyuuga could use it if he wanted. They simply waited for some sort of offensive attack. The real Kiyo began to regain his stamina.

OOC: Well, Eric, they exploded as the wires connected, so you wouldn't have time. Still, You two are teaming up on me and I didn't make an aggressive move towards Eric until he did to me, so there's no way you could have known I was against you. I was trying to speed this up for the sake of the genin on the site, but whatever.
IC: Eric had heard right, and both of the shadow clones were destroyed, even though they saw the attacks coming. One never deactivated the Byakugan in the middle of a battle. Regardless, the real Malekith was still alive and well, and since these two seemed hell-bent upon destroying him for interfering, he decided it was tactically sound to withdraw for now. He formed the appropriate seals and released Hiding Camoflage, disappearing from his position in a flurry of leaves. He knew now that these two had some personal issue between them, and it was best not to interfere.
He apeared about one hundred meters away, and continued running toward one of the other battles.

"Kiyo!" Ryu shouted when he saw that the Hyuuga fled. He had hoped that now THEIR battle would get back on track. But no, Kiyo ran after teh Hyuuga. Knowing it was foolhardy to chase them down now, he went after the only other person left in the area. A genin who's scent is all too familiar for him. "Reileyn. Crap. Kill, escape with her, kill, escape with her." he thought. The whole reason he was even here was to get her out of Oto, but his chance of revenge was running away.......
He deicded love over personal matters. He rushed to the sound genin. "Sorry miss, I'm getting you out of here." he told her. "Wether you want to leave or not."

"Anyways, last time I checked your profile, I found that you were a genin. Can you really stand a chance against a Sannin?" he asked. He dashed towards her and planned to punch her in the gut, just to knock her out. "Forgive me, Reileyn." he thought as he kept shortening the distance between them.
