Appearence: Higen has silk, back-lenght, jet black hair topping his head. The boy fancies his combing by spliting the front into two, pushing patches of fringed hair to sides of his face. He wounded the back of hair into an half bun which is held by a hairholder and pinned through with a hairpin. The remains of the hair is merely tied back in a ponytail into three series of close ties and falls slopply down his back..

Higen is donning an yet-so-quite oversized kimono that scarcely hangs on to the edges of his shoulders frame. Though said, the boy's scrawny build largely contributes to the emphasis of it: the body of the kimono looking quite unfitted as it seems to pouch outwards leaving great space inside and to that featuring most of the naked, and bony thorax of the wearer. The sleeves are as outsized as the body falling 2 inch and half pass Higen's hands and leaving this way his hands unexposed. The whole of the kimono itself has a light and loose texture which is conventionally well known to be wore by family members of the clan. However Higen's upper garb is slightly seen differently as it is spilt into two, even sections of colors: the right section is out-and-out white, representing the 'souke'. The left section is altogether black and represents the 'bunke'. This is concording to Higen's bond to both branches (to be explained below). There's a crest of the 'hourin' (the wheel of dharma) that meets with the two sections in the upper middle of the kimono, right pass down the collar. All the way down the 'eri' (lapel) are small drawn rings that gracely rows down on each of the lapels (white rings in black for the black section and black rings in white for the white section of the kimono).

For the lower body attire, about his waist is seen cummerbund-like loincloth (up rib-length to down mid-thigh-length), made of cotton and acrylic onto which there’s a pattern of pairs of six-shaped drawing for each pairs are symmetrically laid on their side (one facing up while the other down) and framing as such its edges. Onto this, for the loincloth is slit open to the center with no hangers to go along with, Higens manages to hold it up with another a sash close-fittingly tied up towards the back. This doing, the upper part of the loincloth slightly seems to bloom out like a flower about his ribs. Underneath his loincloth can be spotted a full-length cloth from a side and nicely falling down over a concealed leg. Baggy pants are worn underneath this latter; wrapped down edges with bandages to his regular shinobi sandals.

Strengths:

Physical

- Up so far, his Byakugan abilities are top-notch, even to the point that he can litterally see the current of life in every living bing flow within their chakra.

Mental

- A strong-willed ninja converts to his weaknesses into strenghs.

- He has been known to be very keen with his ''remaining'' senses which alone makes it particularly difficult to deceive him with.

- He carries a laborious virtue even though is quite easily wearing. This for, to overcome his most challenging difficulties.

Weaknesses:

Physical

- His body alone are major factors that unexploits the fullness of his potential as a Hyuuga. This said, he can barely stand up to a close-range fight wether he recieves a blow or if the battle takes too much time for tiredness is catching up with him at an amazing speed.

- His blindness shuts out one of his 5 senses. 'Nough said.

Mental

- Yet very unpredictable; which is reflecting to his sensitivity as he gets easily hurt to humor, comments and critics by taking them all to their worst nuance when it comes to matters concerning him and the clan.

- Being one who always felt apart from the clan, Higen grew up being an excessive individualist and thus having great trouble to build up chemistry with anyone he works with.

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Background: Son of Hyuuga's councillor, Higen was born in the main family. For many years the councillor and his wife were expecting a child to call their own however, the were-to-be parents were facing an uncomfortable situation for the councillor couldn't bring his wife the pregancy so much desired. This brought dishonor within the clan; members looking down on him, a councillor, and thus looking down on the council itself (with this, the head taking it personally). Bringing discomfort to the council and failing to his duty as a member of the main branch, Hiashi, the head, titled him as 'utsumuku takashin' which is the bottomless insult giving to one high-ranked man who brings shame towards him or the entire council.

He lived behind the shadow of the council, behind the shadow of the clan. In a despictable state he started drinking excessively, complaining about everything and anything. However he later redeemed his honor when his wife announced him that she was finally pregant. This brought warthm in his heart thinking that everything would go back to how they should be.

A night the councillor's wife shrilled in pain; Higen was born to that night prematurely.
As he carried his son in his hands, the councillor astonished by the look of his child barely bigger than his own palm and his shouts were brittle and weak. But what really brought a pang in his stomach was when he realized that Higen was completely blind. Blind. Bringing to life a child in the main family that counldn't see was worse than not bringing a child at all. What is a blind child's worth in clan such as the Hyuuga's? Absolutely nothing. Nothing but deeper shame. He was cursed, he must have been. He damned the gods. He damned his unavailing wife for being unable to give birth to a healthy and strong son of a councillor. There was a cold ever since in the family.

Higen grew up distant to everyone in the clan. He was the 'child who couldn't see'. To 'see' was something priceless in the clan. To 'see' was what the clan was known for, if not to see better than another. If a child couldn't see, a child was no Hyuuga... at least not
worth to be from the main family.

Nontheless, Higen was yet tested to his weaknesses and strenghs, wondering if he could follow the way of the Hyuuga but in vain. Not only couldn't he see his opponent but side-effects of his prematured birth produced him frail and unhealthy. He couldn't use the Jyuuken style. There was no opponent of his level that could spar with him without hurting him badly.

The council merely saw him worthless and every effort brought to them was another belittling towards his father. At these days, the father was colder toward wife and son. At times, he was not affiliating himself to their likes and accusing them for bringing shame to his name.

Higen a was little and short child but a keen one; the keenest his mother ever met. He had that particular ability to feel in ways that no one could ever feel: feel the colors of people emotions when they were sad, when they were nevervous, when they were happy. Feel the colors of the sounds, each and every one of them within a tumult of noise. He could imagine them and deduce the shapes and forms. He could touch and without knowing release chakra which would outline the body of something he touched and as it takes shape of the body, could picture it (along with anything that is connect to it) in his mind and make out of what exactly he was touching.

His desire to see was grandious; he wanted to see more than anything else. If he could see, his father would look differently toward him. If he could see, he could use the Jyuuken style and the clan would no longer see him as ill-timed produce. It was so strong that every nights he was making dreams about it. He could see the colors of his eyes, eyes that would no longer be ashamed to open.

When no one ever thought it possible, Higen released the Byakugan at the age of 5. It was rarely seen to be released so early and the council knew of that while they brought greater attentions towards him. When his father thought it to be the turning point of his son's case everything he hoped for crumbled. The council did not acknowledge the child. Matter of fact he became a treat for the clan. The fact that the boy released the Byakugan, was an evidence that he could exploit the secrets of the Hyuuga's abilities. Seeing that he was barely able to walk on his two feet nor able to use the Jyuuken style with a weary body like his, he could not apply to his duties as a main family member and carry down the secrets of the Hyuuga for the next generation. He had simply no future among the main family. Hearing these statements, Higen's father could soon imply that his son was to be put the cursed mark and thus to be moved to the branch family which would give him the rôle of protecting the main family (''sacrifice''). Higen's mother who was very supporting ever since he was born, became outraged to the hear of that and sworn her husband and the council that her son will never comply to it. She was forced into silence about this matter within and outside court but yet she did everything she could to give support to her child.

Higen was brought into and unrelieving pressure. What could he do to bring down all these prejudices. It was true that he was useless if he couldn't use the way of the Hyuuga nor of a ninja. But her mother, a strong-willed person, taught him that if he could not bring himself to the Hyuuga's way, then he had to creat his own with what he could do.

7 years later, Hyuuga Higen became a Genin following his own path of a shinobi, of a Hyuuga. And though yet to be acknowledged as a main family member he has yet to prove to council... to his father...

Sample Post: Sand, to which the odor subjected into the iodized air, was soiled by a sea of gore. An odor which evaporated into the atmosphere was a knees weakener that sobered, poisoned, and finally, incited one to crash out into an eternal slumber.

The man could feel it pouring into his skin like a biochemical bacterium. However, it did not seem to impinge on him in any terms. His mere features was silhouetting the body of an oversized black coat patterned of red clouds. He stood there, facing the deserted landscape of sand, dunes over dunes, stretching itself into an endless horizon; --what could ever lie beyond this?-- whispered his inner self.

The swooshes of the wind was blowing from all directions. Strangely, the sand was dividing itself and parceling up around his body and waltzing about merely seduced by the attracting aura of his katana; Belial. Taking shape, it back-faced him and stood there, motionless. It seemed as if in need of something. If not something that the cloaked little man already possesed or could help it obtain. For that pygmy knew... in this world, they all wanted the same thing... to bribe the promised power...

"The "voice"... brought you to me...'' the man merely spoke.
Gently, he slipped some fingers within his sassy hair
as gracefully as the untangible touch of the wind itself.
One could spot a ring sharing a slot in his fingers...

"As you... will bring this "feeling" so much awaited... Hyuuga Higen.''
he finally said down the drifting wisp of his breath [...]

Ok, I'm a little lost on something. What is a "Tobidogu Kunai"? I looked into at least five different sites and couldn't find anything on this. If you would, could you please explain this, and put it down as a reference? Also, I'm glad to see someone using a different-sized font, but could you make the font a size bigger because I'm straining my eyes to read it? Also, I see that you're wanting to learn the "Leaf Shadow Dance", but you need to learn the "Konoha Senpuu" first, so you need to put that in there as well.

best I can find for that would be a Kunai launcher maybe. Tobidogu means firearms, missile, or projectile weapon.

Yeah, I saw that, but, a Kunai itself is technically a "Projectile Weapon". Either way, he needs to explain that and have reference to the meaning and all of it.

Fyodor does have a point on that one. If you recall in the Naruto ep. where Ino and Sakura were fighting it out during the Chuunin Preliminaries, Ino used it one time, and, even up to the Shippuden series, I don't think she used it again, so, yeah, take that one out and get another one, like he said, that uses the Fuuton (Wind) Element.
