• Name: Sharingan
  Requirements: 3-point kinjutsu training for each stage
  Description: Sharingan is the bloodline limit doujutsu of the Uchiha clan. It possesses several powerful abilities, though it is developed through three stages. When just awakened, it is in Stage 1, with only one tomoe located above the pupil; in Stage 2, another tomoe appears, and they are now located to the left and right of the pupil; all three tomoe appear in Stage 3, and they are located in a triangle shape around the pupil: one directly above and the other two to the bottom left and right. The Sharingan is activated by sending some chakra into the eyes. It does not cost much, but only a true Uchiha can have it activated for prolonged periods of time without risking their health.
  
  
  • Stage 1: The initial stage of the awakened Sharingan, it only gives the clan members some basic abilities. Among these is the ability to see movement somewhat faster than what they would normally be able to and to detect chakra. This allows them to react better and gives them higher accuracy than most. Thanks to the chakra detection ability, many camouflage techniques are rendered ineffective. This stage also allows them to see clearer than normal.
    
  • Stage 2: The second stage of the Sharingan allows those who possess it to see everything with even better clarity, including objects that would normally fall out of sight because of their speed. This allows them to dodge and attack as if their taijutsu skills were one step higher. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank B or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.
    
  • Stage 3: The third and final stage of the Sharingan opens even more possibilities for the clan members. Their vision of moving objects improves further. Their ability to see chakra and movement allows them to memorize the techniques used by their enemies and copy them, one of the abilities the clan is highly famous for. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank A or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.
  
  
• Name: Sharingan Copy Technique
  Requirements: Sharingan Stage 2; 3-point kinjutsu training
  Description: This technique is based on the Uchiha's ability to see chakra and fast movement with great clarity. It lets them memorize the specific movement executed by someone, the hand seals they used and the flow of chakra inside their body, which in turn allows them to copy any technique they have seen even once.
  Every Uchiha has 5 extra jutsu slots that can only be filled with copied techniques. They can convert some of their normal slots into copy slots, but not vice versa. The copied techniques can only be used when the Sharingan is activated.
  Sharingan Stage 2 only allows for copying of taijutsu and genjutsu, while Sharingan Stage 3 allows one to copy any technique. However, some limitations still apply. First, the Uchiha must be able to use the jutsu they want to copy, meaning they must meet the skill, rank and element requirements for it. Second, no more than one jutsu can be copied per post. Third, this ability can't be used in the same thread it was learned. Fourth, only Mangekyo Sharingan can copy kinjutsu.

Name: HalfBlood Prince
Requirements: Nekojin born with another bloodline, Lose of the ability to learn jutsu as if your bloodline is one higher.
Description: You can learn the Awaseru jutsu (see in Elemental Jutsu Section) to gain element control with your subclan's element at half the ability of a pure blood Nekojin. You can only learn the jutsu for this purpose.

1. Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique
   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: D
   Requirements: None
   Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.
   

1. Name: Kami Hari / Chirijiri Ni Naru Tsume / Teikoku no Kami Kobushi [God's Hand /Scatter Burst Claw / Imperial God Fist]
   Type: Ninjutsu / Taijutsu

   Requirements: Kaze Dansu (Tenohira Yoshiki),
   Description: These are variations of the range extending ability of Tenohira Yoshiki. First off is Kami Hari, that has a range of 5 feet and hits the enemy with a strong concussive blast. This blast is projected through the palm and knock the off their feet, or at least back. You can project these blast from both hands simultaneously. It deals little damage, but will push the enemy away and most likely knock them off there feet.
   
   Chirijiri Ni Naru is designed to knock enemies off balance while physically striking them. This is done by expelling wind while hitting them, as well at attack at unsual angles.
   
   Teikoku no Kami Kobushi uses a great amount of charka to blast target with great force. This jutsu has two effects. Firstly, you may now blast a group of people ten feet in front of you with the same effects of Kami Hari. Secondly you may focus this energy to hit a single target with great force. They end up severly damaged and knocked away 10 yards. When using the later, it's advised to do it at point blank range. Having any distance will weaken the force of the attack, although you can still hit them from 10 yards away (although it'll only knock them down, it won't send them any distance. The second use takes alot of chakra and should be used sparringly, least it knock the shinobi out for a while. Alternatively, if you know Jin Katachi, you can sacrifice knockback power to have the wind have cutting ability.
   
   Note: You only need to make a number of posts equal to the difference between learning the next level and your current level of this technique for your rank. However, you may skip a lower level if your rank/skill allows you to.
   
   
   
2. Name: Katon: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique
   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: C
   Requirements: None
   Description: A useful, though relatively weak, fire ninjutsu. After forming several needed hand seals, the user will exhale a series of fast fireballs. These are useful to drive an opponent into a corner, towards a certain place or simply at times when quantity is better than quality.
   
   
   
3. Name: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique
   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: C
   Requirements: None
   Description: A primary offensive ninjutsu for any fire user, it requires few hand seals and not much chakra. The user will take a breath and exhale a ball or stream of fire. In the former case, it can be launched in any direction, but its speed is not very impressive. In the latter case, it must be aimed at an opponent on the ground within twenty feet of the user, but is executed much faster.
   

1. Name: Shinkuu Kaiten / Gou Jin Kaiten / Kazekami Kaiten [Vacuum Whirl / Fierce Blades Spiral / Wind God Spiral]
   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: B
   Requirements: Tenohira Yoshiki, See Below
   Description: At it's basic use, it creates a vacuum that knocks everything away from the shinobi. The user has to spin while using it will be open to attack the few seconds it takes to recover after doing it. The spread of this move is a 5 - 20 ft diameter, depending on the amount of chakra used to pull it off. It deflects jutsu B rank and lower and cuts the damage from A rank. All but the heaviest projectiles are deflected.
   
   After learning Jin Katachi an additional option arises. Rather than making a reverse vacuum, you create a technique that is alot more damaging. It losses the ability to block B rank jutsu. It can deflect C rank and lower and scythes anything within the radius with wind blades. It still can blow things back, but this is only half effective in doing so. This requires an addtional amount of chakra as well.
   
   Finally when Tenohira Yoshiki Jukutatsu is learned and you do the training required for an A rank jutsu the final option of this technique is achievable. This last variation takes a large amount of charka, enough that it should only be used twice a battle (considering moderate use of chakra during which). It blasts everything within it's radius with a massive amount of deadly wind. It cuts and deflects anything with it's radius. It's capable of deflect A rank techniques and deflecting large projectiles. While the cuts it causes aren't quite as large, they are terribly deep.

2. Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique/Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Multiple Shadow Clone Technique
   Type: Ninjutsu (K)

   Description: This ninjutsu technique creates multiple copies of the user. The difference it has with any other clone technique is that it creates solid copies who possess the full physical and jutsu ability of the user and they are undistinguishable from the real person by any means, since they even have the chakra circulatory system. These clones are also fully autonomous, meaning they can move however far away from the shinobi they want and not dispel. Unfortunately, they still disappear after taking a hit. This technique, while powerful, poses a risk to the user, since it splits their remaining chakra evenly between all clones and themselves. Another notable thing about this technique is that the user gains whatever knowledge their shadow clones have collected when they dispel.
   Tajuu Kage Bunshin is the same as normal Kage Bunshin, only it is used to create a higher number of clones: while the basic technique is limited to a maximum of four clones, the multiple shadow clone technique can create up to two dozen clones. However, chakra is still split evenly between each copy of the user, so creating many clones may prove more harmful than beneficial.
   Note: Tajuu Kage Bunshin can be learned directly as a S rank kinjutsu, or added onto normal Kage Bunshin via a 6-point kinjutsu training (Only Normal Kage Bunshin is Known at This Time)
   
   
   
3. Name: Hienkyaku [Flying Steps]
   Type: Ninjutsu

   Description: This jutsu use wind to propel the user a short distance in a dash-like movement. The propelling wind surrounds the shinobi and will knock away small projectiles as they move forward. This can also be used to air dash or double jump. This can only be used twice in rapid succesion. The higher ranked version of this allows it to be used three times consecutively and to deflect most standard weapons. It can also knock away small projectiles created by jutsu.
   
   Note: You only need to make a number of posts equal to the difference between learning the next level and your current level of this technique for your rank. However, you may skip a lower level if your rank/skill allows you to.
   
   
4. Name: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique
   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: B
   Requirements: None
   Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will exhale a large mist cloud. This mist is transparent and only slightly hinders the vision of those caught inside, but that is not its purpose at all. This mist is actually highly flammable, a perfect trap for fire ninjutsu users.

   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: A
   Requirements: Kaze Dansu (Tenohira Yoshiki),
   Description: After learning this style, you can make you're Tenohira Yoshiki strikes cut targets. You can switch from slashing or normal blunt force impact of at will. Also if thrust your fingertips or hit something with the tip of your foot, it'll pierce into target. Alternatively, you can create sword like blades that only you can hold. Either way this blade can extend up to 20 feet away from you, or 30 if you use both hands together. However, it is difficult to maintain the blade at longer than the standard nodachi length, and usually only lasts one to three hits.
   
   
   
2. Name: Mew Summoning Jewelry
   Type: Ninjutsu
   Rank: A (Kin)
   Requirements: Find the piece of jewelry
   Description: Rather than a scroll, Mew requires you to use a special piece of jewelry to summon him. It's two hemispheres of two different gems, that are connected by a silver band. The bottom jewel is diamond and the top is ruby, which makes it a red and white ball. When Kuchiyose is learned, it will become shot through with green fleck within the gems.
   
   
   
3. Name: Rasengan - Spiral Sphere/Oodama Rasengan - Big Ball Spiral Sphere
   Type: Ninjutsu (K)

   Description: A strong, but rather primitive in its execution ninjutsu attack. It does not involve any nature manipulation, but it takes the shape manipulation of one's chakra to the highest possible level. Basically, it's a sphere with chakra spinning seemingly chaotically inside of it, but this seemingly easy technique deals excessive damage and takes a lot of skill to master. The training can be broken up into three basic steps: first, one has to be able to spin their chakra in their palm at a high speed; then, one has to be able to concentrate a large amount of chakra into their palm while still spinning it to build power; finally, one must learn to retain this vortex of chakra to a ball shape to be able to utilize the full potential of this jutsu. The resulting attack will saw at the target with wildly rotating chakra and throw them back with a lot of force and rotation. The illusion of the chaotic rotation of chakra is caused by the fact that it spins at the same speed on all layers, which means it makes more full rotations per second at its center than at the edges.
   Oodama Rasengan is a really primitive advancement of the common Rasengan, the only difference of which is putting more chakra into the technique. Its size and power are about twice as high, although it only uses about one half more chakra, which happens due to the nature of the jutsu. It is likely possible to force even more chakra into it to further increase its size and destructive power, but that would take someone with an immense chakra pool size.
   Note: Oodama Rasengan can be learned directly along with normal Rasengan as a S rank kinjutsu, or added onto normal Rasengan via a 4-point kinjutsu training
   
   
   
4. Name: Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu - Great Dragon Fire Technique

   Description: This is a strong fire element technique. After the user forms the necessary hand seals, they will expel large dragon head shaped fireballs from their mouth. These fireballs are quite strong and fast and can punch through concrete. Strangely, they have a rather solid form and can actually bite the opponent and tackle them, while burning them with the flames at the same time.
