Ok so you are able to use water in that clan jutsu, but what your talking about is outside your clan abilities, take the itichi clan for instance because of the clans jutsu my second rpc could be able to use that fire element jutsu but that's it since he's a water element character. He isn't able to learn any of the other fire jutsu that are outside his clans techniques. But I'm not a mod I'm just giving my opinion so I'll let a mod give approval.

Ok, this one doesn't make ANY sense...a sword can't POSSIBLY move enough air to make a difference...and it would get to the point where the chakra does all the work so you might as well just toss chakra in front of you...
About the underlined/bolded/italicized...You have to create this weapon in the customs weapon section before you can include this in jutsu's. So this one would be rejected because it's based on this unknown "Sword of Chaos"

Ok, this is just completely above C-ranked...with all the chakra used, I would even say this could be considered A-ranked kinjutsu. And now you're assuming control of water and wind...mizu clones = clones made from water...and your flying with air element...

And how large were these alleged naruto forums? (I don't think they'd be THAT big with jutsu's like that for ranks that low...) or else they'd be humongous at one point, then die out...anyway, we're different from any other Naruto forum, so what passes in one, might not (and probably won't) pass here
