Name: Henjay, Kishi

Appearance: Kishi has black hair and dark green eye's this is something strange in the clan. Some even say he isn’t of the true blood because of it. where's a dark cloak around his body, and he doesn’t were a head band. underneath the cloak he where’s a dark shirt and black pants with chain's down the side. His skin is perfect with out blemish our scar. Some say he has never been touched in battle because this. whereas the common hunting shoes of the Wind shire clan that leave no imprint or sent. He also is covered in scars form his fight with Renima, where they were both badly injured.
Race: White
Hair: Black and is very thick goes down to just above his rear. very grown out looking.
Eyes: Green
Body: short and stocky

Starting Inventory: 150 shuriken, 300 kunai (in weapon scroll).
Strengths: Kenshi process a very high level of his bloodline within him, giving him all of the clan's bonus. . not to mention his large chakra pool . He is also very strong. all around he is a very well produced shinobi that has the potential to become much stronger. possibly even surpassing the leader of his clan.
Weaknesses: Despite the fact his clan specializes in Genjutsu he is very weak in that skill other than his clan jutsu’s. He is easily captured with in them and normally takes a while to figure them out because of a lack of intelligence. He seems naive and overly happy, making him un alert to things around him often, despite his increase in senses compared to other's. Lack's stamina in the sense of running.
Personality: Kenshi is a very peppy person. always happy and seems to surpass all other emotions other than joy. As is common in his clan his eyes change with his emotion's. He is very crewel in speech towards everyone no matter who they are and when he has captured a opponent he takes time to slowly torture them. He finds enjoyment in there scream’s. His spirit is pure evil.

Background: Kishi was born a few year's after Renima. In fact it happens to be the cousin of the New leader of the clan. The boy had skill in every which way but everyone thought someone had entered the clan and caused his mother to commit adultery because of his hair and eye color. The boy also appeared to be completely evil. They allowed him to stay thou. He lacked a skill in genjutsu thou and went to ninjutsu something that was rare with in the clan. Other than a few that involve there falcon's.
Occasionally villagers would enter the village and stay for a while and Kishi would always ask them to teach him techniques. They normally agreed since they were in a peaceful village that remained secluded and only defended it's self. He picked them up quickly and on his own perfected them.
The fellow villagers didn’t like the idea and eventually kicked him out of the village. The boy had no regret our anger towards them because he was violating a rule of the clan any way’s. The only way that rule could be broke was if you were sent to Konoha to train.
So he went on his own and became strong and learned more jutsu, slaying many along his way but his happy appearance hid any thought of him being a murder as he passed through many small villages (not shinobi).
Recently Kishi has created quiet a stir in the world. It all started with him training in the woods on his own. The woods that all fear exsept those that are smarter than to believe in foolish superstition. There he trained a student and was soon drawn by a force. It was so powerful that he felt like it had hold of his chest and draging him to the destination. Their he met several people who had the same thing. In that time a group was formed known as SIlent Reality who had their own justice and killed all those who were against that justice.
He then left agian to train and become stronger. Then he went to Sunagakura where he met the sannin Ballian. A battle in the middle of the village erupted and several blocoks were destroyed. in the end he was able to tie with the sannin when he was only a chuunin. However a grudge between the two now exists and the battle will countinue at a later time.
From then On He went and trianed more to improve and join in the Jounin exams of Konoha. He passed them by fighting along side a kiri shinobi known as katsua, who was of the Uchiha clan. They had to fight a very powerful shinobi known Zacara and were unable to land a blow but impressed him with their ability to adapt and persevere. Now he is considered a Jounin of the fire country but uses it only as a cover to move about and do his own bidding.
After that the group was called togethor again and they agreeded to destroy the current goverment of suan exsept the kazekage. They were more than succesful in this and Kishi was then picked to be a promter in the chuunin exams.
Kishi then departed and trained a very long time. He then Battled with his cousin renima and his motives changed and the two became great alies, with the same purpose. He has also rejoined his clan, but hasnt learned his clan jutsus. His falcon Jager has passed on.

Ok, the two aspects labeled as a red "(1)" conflict with each other...can he run or not?
The weakness marked blue doesn't make any sense, because ninja are really strong, even the weakest of them...you would have to weigh as much as a train to have the weight of your muscles be a burden...which seems unlikely.
